Pros:

The main advantage of this property is its location - it is very near to Taj Mahal and in a walking distance to some great restaurants. I also liked the bed, it was comfortable.

Cons:

First of all, it is not a great value for money. This was the most expensive accommodation we had during our trip to India and it was actually the worst one. For the first night and part of the second day there was no wifi. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom and the hottest water you could get was only mildly warm. Be also prepared for a huge noise which we experienced during both nights, however it is not necessarily the property's mistake as it came from outside. We also found two cockroaches in the bathroom, which I understand are not uncommon in India, however we did not have them in other accommodations. Another problem was that from many sockets in the room, only two were working ( or were installed in a position that actually allowed you to use it ) so when we wanted to charge multiple devices during the night, it was a problem.

Need to fix the WiFi.
Pros:

Location is great, the staff were very nice, good value for money.

Cons:

The WiFi didn't work. When I raised this repeatedly at reception it wasn't dealt with. There were three separate WiFis in the hotel and each of them would connect but then say ''connected but no internet connection". This was massively frustrating. Other than that, the hotel was good.

とても快適な滞在となりました。何より、私に困り事が生じた時に受付スタッフの方々が本当に親身になって我がこととして解決に向けて手助けしてくれたことにとても感動しました。素晴らしいスタッフです。ますますインドなら好きになりました。
ボスも親身になんでも相談してと言ってくれますし、すれ違うときのスタッフの挨拶も良いです。日本人の私から見ても部屋は清潔でしたよ。タージマハル西門から歩いてすぐなので、混む前の早朝から行くことも簡単でそんなに混んでなかったのも良かったです。

It was a very comfortable stay. Above all, I was deeply impressed by how genuinely caring and helpful the reception staff were when I had a problem; they treated it as if it were their own. They are wonderful staff. I've grown to love India even more.

The boss is also very kind and encourages you to consult them about anything, and the staff's greetings when passing each other are also excellent. Even from a Japanese perspective, the room was clean. It's just a short walk from the west gate of the Taj Mahal, so it was easy to go early in the morning before it got crowded, which was great.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Maya Hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the Taj Mahal entrance, which made our visit especially convenient.

We also really enjoyed the food. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the restaurant service was warm and attentive. A special thank you to Mohit Kumar, who looked after us very well at breakfast, and equally to the gentleman who served us at dinner — unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but his service was just as appreciated.

A very convenient and enjoyable place to stay when visiting the Taj Mahal.

Pros:

タージマハルから徒歩数分でアクセス抜群。併設されてるレストランの食事は宿泊者なら割引がありお得、しかも美味しい。

Cons:

ベッド周り(シーツや枕など)に清潔感が感じられなかった。

Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang war außergewöhnlich nett und hilfreich. Die Terrasse im ersten Stock ist schön zum Draußensitzen.

Cons:

Der Geruch nach Lösungsmittel im Zimmer war unerträglich. Schlafen war schwer; das Fenster ging in den überdachten Innenhof raus und brachte wenig Erleichterung.
