Oaza de odihna intr o lumea agitata.
Pros:

Amabilitatea excesiva a personalului atat de la receptie cat si de la restaurant.
Mancarea si servirea la superlativ.

Cons:

Nu am mai gasit loc la spa pentru masaje. Nu ne am facut rezervari la zona spa pentru masaj odata cu rezervarea la hotel

Escapadă memorabilă cu servicii impecabile
Pros:

Am avut o experiență absolut minunată la acest hotel! Totul a fost la nivel de luxury 5 stele, iar atenția la detalii ne-a impresionat din prima clipă.
Un gest care ne-a cucerit a fost faptul că au ținut cont de sărbătoarea noastră — aceste mici detalii fac diferența și arată cât de mult le pasă de oaspeți.
SPA-ul este excelent, perfect pentru relaxare totală, cu servicii de înaltă calitate și o atmosferă rafinată.
Iar micul dejun… pur și simplu mega perfect! Servit la ultimul etaj, cu o priveliște superbă asupra orașului, a fost o adevărată plăcere. Deservirea impecabilă a completat perfect această experiență.
Recomand cu toată încrederea acest hotel pentru o escapadă specială sau o ocazie importantă. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Pros:

The room was very nice and comfortable, the breakfast was good . The spa was good but very difficult to get a slot . The staff were attentive and very good . Good location.

Cons:

The room on arrival was like a furnace although I was moved. The spa has limited access and is payable , the lobby is a little underwhelming and there is not much to do in the hotel . I think its expensive for what it is .

Nice central hotel
Pros:

Firstly when I arrived at the nobil I found the lobby very underwhelming. The staff are very friendly and do a really good job . I checked into my room which wasn't cheap by any standard. It was unbearably hot , I opened a window but this didn't help . I decided I couldn't possible sleep in a room this hot , I mean it was so hot all the chocolate bars where floppy and melted. I went down to reception and the kind young man found me a more suitable room ( which was very nice ) . Breakfast was good , its a la carte and if you are a guest you have 3 choices of food and 3 drinks. This was more than enough for me and the service was very attentive . The quality of food was also good . We had some drinks one day at the bar , we were the only people there. We had a cheese board which was good , larger served from cans which is a bit rubbish for a 5 star hotel. I would of loved to have used the spa facilities more but unfortunately they are exclusive . Basically you have to pre book and you have them to yourself , they are also chargeable ( 25 euros ph something like that) . The first half hour is free if you are a guest . On the whole nice classic hotel , decent food , spa is very nice ( if you can get in ) . Would I stay here again? Probably not given the price difference between other hotels without spa access.
