Wonderful stay in a first class, five star hotel with an awesome food service and staff.
Pros:

Wonderful, classic luxury. The room, the hotel lobby, the restaurant and the staff were all five stars. Breakfast with the choice of three items from the extensive menu was especially delightful. Cocktails, wines and dinners were likewise. All of the staff were also exceptional. We will return again some day.

That I couldn’t stay longer…….

Luxury neznamená luxus v tomto prípade, všetko pozlatené ale to vyzeralo až komicky
Pros:

Poloha bola dobrá

Cons:

Hrajú sa na niečo čo nie sú, televízor v izbe na krivo, ledva držal, najhoršia bola skúsenosť v hotelovej reštaurácií kde mi dali na angus steak krevetu, som myslel, že je to žart. O tom že sa ma čašník ani nespýtal ako chcem upiecť steak ani nehovorím

Oltre le aspettative
Pros:

Albergo di alto livello in posizione centralissima, dotato di SPA e parcheggio interno. Grande attenzione al cliente da parte di tutto il personale, dalla reception al ristorante, situato al settimo piano con vista sulla città e con ottima qualità culinaria non solo moldava. La colazione viene servita al tavolo ed offre un elevato numero di sublimi soluzioni continentali ben eseguite e ben presentate, abbondanti e totalmente soddisfacenti.

Cons:

Bisognerebbe ampliare il parcheggio perché nel fine settimana l'albergo non riesce sempre ad accontentare tutti i clienti vista la grande richiesta da parte di chi arriva soprattutto dall'Ucraina e dalla Romania per il weekend.
