Great rooms, location, and service, but a very disappointing mandatory breakfast.
Pros:

I am a returning guest and stay at this hotel for two to three weeks every year. The rooms are simply amazing, featuring a luxurious shower and a very large, incredibly comfortable bed. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center. Furthermore, the staff provides outstanding and attentive service throughout the stay.

Cons:

Breakfast is mandatorily included in the room rate with no option to opt out for a lower price, which is frustrating because the food is very disappointing. The coffee is poor, and the bread is stale—it feels like standard sliced bread bought only every few days. For a luxury 5-star boutique hotel, it is unacceptable not to serve fresh bread, rolls, and good coffee daily. This is especially disappointing given that the hotel is surrounded by excellent cafes offering great coffee and fresh pastries, which is where I ended up eating every morning instead. Additionally, the daily vacuum cleaning in the hallways right outside the room was quite noisy and disruptive.
