Poor heritage hotel
Pros:

How close it was.

Cons:

The noise in the room due to the echoing sound of people in the court below everyone's room. Also the flood light shining strains into our room. The room had glass doors outside which where not sealed and the noise from the nearby restaurant/bar was blurring out all night.

Nettes gut gelegen schönes Zimmer mit Pool
Pros:

Der Pool und die Lage war sehr gut.
Restaurants hat es viele sehr gute in gehdistanz erreichbar.

Cons:

Frühstück
ist sehr bescheiden, es hatte auch kein Besteck auf denn Tischen. Erstaunliche es waren nur Männer die im Hotel gearbeitet haben.

Great location and gardens are beautiful. Breakfast fine and staff really helpful. Bed comfy and room very clean
Swimming pool lovely

Cons:

Bad smell in the toilet...my room had a window but there was a brick wall outside and therefore no light and therefore had to have the lights on all the time. WiFi was really poor and as a lone female traveller I opted to get a sim card to ensure I could contact people. No safe in the room

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Great location, beautiful property with the added bonus of a rooftop swimming pool. Breakfast was good and all staff members were very friendly. There were also a couple of good bars/restaurants very close by

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer ganz oben mit Rundblick und historischer Architektur. Der Pool lag auch malerisch und das Essen war lecker und schön im Innenhof.

Die Stadt ist halt was laut.

An oasis.
Pros:

Close enough to the centre of town to walk in and back, with some excellent bars and restaurants very close.
The design and cleanliness were excellent, and the staff were helpful and happy

Majestic time capsule
Pros:

A majestic regal time capsule. Magnificent staff. Kind warm, comfortable. An experience you cant get a chain hotel. I met the owner who shared the hotels history.

Une belle et vaste demeure particulièrement calme mais plus petite que prévue et pas un réel Palace
Pros:

Le calme avec l'agréable jardin central et sa voie d'accès privée qui l'éloigne un peu du trafic bruyant de la ville.
Le personnel très professionnel et très réactif.
L'architecture global de cette vaste demeure et son entretien (toutes les peintures semblaient neuves)
Le petit-déjeuner : plus diversifié et meilleur que ce à quoi je m'attendais en lisant les commentaires

Cons:

Tout est beaucoup plus petit que ne le laisse penser les photos :
- la piscine de 10 m de long
- la maison qui est vaste mais qui n'est pas à proprement dit un Palace : rien de luxueux
- la taille des chambres
A noter le faible débit Internet et les coupures : pourtant signalé dans plusieurs commentaires, la Direction ne semble pas faire beaucoup de chose pour améliorer cet Internet : le pire débit que j'ai eu dans mes hôtels en Inde.
