満足です。
Pros:

明洞駅①番出口から直ぐの場所なので、分かりやすい立地です。2025年にリノベーションをされたようで、とても綺麗でした。リノベーション以前にも利用した事があり、とても良くなっていました。
スタッフさんがとても優しく親切に対応してくれました。
lineでのやり取りも、日本語対応して頂いたので、とても良かったです。

Cons:

決して広い部屋とは言えないので、大きいキャリーバッグでは、置き場所が・・・。

親しい人と明洞のホテルにリーズナブルに泊まりたい人にはおすすめ
Pros:

ロケーションは文句なしです。明洞駅1番出口のすぐそばで、エスカレーターのある出口なのでスーツケースを持っての移動でも問題ありませんでした。お部屋は2階でしたが、チェックイン前にスーツケースを預けたところチェックイン時には部屋の前に運んでくださっていました。スタッフの皆さんは韓国の方ではないようでしたが、笑顔で優しく接してくれました。お部屋も綺麗ですし設備もユニークでした。

Cons:

小さな窓のある部屋でしたが、鍵が開いてました。部屋も2階だし女2人だったのでちょっと肝が冷えました。あと外の音はそれなりに聞こえますが、わたしは疲れてすぐ寝てしまったのでのでそこまで気になりませんでした。

Pros:

部屋が清潔で立地も駅からすぐでわかりやすかったです。ベッドの横にローテーブルとクッションがあり、くつろぐことができました。

Cons:

エレベーターがなく階段が少し狭いので上り降りは注意が必要でした。

Pros:

Easy to reach from Seoul Station and airport, but on a quiet street, the staff were beyond helpful and nice, the room and facilities very very clean.

短い滞在ならば問題ないかも
Pros:

1階にコーヒーやハーブティーの飲み放題があった
階段しかないが　スタッフが荷物を運んでくれた
チェックアウト後も　荷物を預かってくれとても助かった
明洞駅から大変近かった
清潔だった

Cons:

シングルルームに泊まったが　ベッドを囲んで30センチほどしか歩くスペースがなかった
スーツケースを広げられるのが　ベッドの上しかなかった

Wonderful!
Pros:

The hotel is lovely. The staff is extremely nice, responsive and helpful. The position is excellent, 1 min away from the main shopping street in Myeong-dong. The room is small and there is no elevator but this didn't cause any problem to me and my wife. The staff is willing to help with taking the luggage up and down the stairs.

Cons:

The position and the staff are super-excellent.

It was a comfortable experience and i would recommend it to my friends.
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious. Really loved the projector that they used instead of a TV. It made it more comfy.

Cons:

Should add a lift for anyone struggling to get up the stairs.
