Pros:

Incredibly central location with a convenience store very near by, room was very cosy and visually pleasing, self check-in/check-out was quick & straightforward

Cons:

Shower drainage was slow (water on the ground during a shower would rise enough to make the bathroom slippers float)

Pros:

Perfect location for a stay in Myeondong. Very comfortable room and good amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back for my next trip to Seoul :)

Cons:

Lack of storage like wardobe or cupboard to store your clothings. More hangers would be great.

If you want comfort staying for sightseeing tour, that’s adorable choice.
Pros:

My staying was perfect. Location is 10 out of 10. Subway in a few minutes, Seoul station in 2 stops. All sightings in a 30 min on foot.
Stuff is adorable! We came a little earlier and leave luggage at hotel. When we returned all cases were already in our room. Thank you!

And we absolutely surmised, how in small room is prepared everything for comfort leaving. Special like to shower, it’s best water pressure during our travel!

Excellent location and facilities but poor soundproofing
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff, cosy rooms. Supply of tea/coffee/filtered water was appreciated.

Cons:

The soundproofing is non-existent which might be an issue for some people. I had a room located next to the stairs and laundry room - a combination of people stomping upstairs and someone using a tumble dryer at 01:30am meant a very disturbed sleep. Would be nice if the laundry rooms could be locked after 10pm.

Not worth the cost!
Pros:

The property is located in the most central/touristy area of Seoul - yet it is not too noisy as it’s on a side road. The staff at reception were absolutely lovely and helpful - they helped with luggage and looking for services within the area when we asked. Hotels has amenities available - some at a cost (e.g. for washing clothes) - while mostly others for free (scale to weight luggage, hair drier, kettle..etc)

Cons:

The rooms are even smaller than expected. I couldn’t fit a luggage in mine. There’s no elevator which makes it very hard to bring anything up the tiny stairs. We had to pack our luggage in the main lobby, which is also very tiny. There’s no safe locker where to leave the luggage once you check out but the main (and tiny) lobby. Overall it was quite expensive for what you get.

Tiny tiny space but very central
Pros:

The staff were helpful and even helped to carry bags up the stairs.
The location was great.

Cons:

The rooms are so small that you can't take your luggage upstairs (no elevator), and you need to pack/repack in the tiny open space lounge.
The shower is over the sink, but the toiletries are nice.
There is a blinking light that can't be turned off due to the key card slot.

Pros:

明洞駅出口を出たら１分かかるかかからないかですぐホテルに到着できました。夜も賑わっている場所にはすぐ行けるし、立地は最高。スタッフの方も笑顔で親切に対応してくれました。コーヒーや紅茶無料でした。歩いてすぐの所に「K-FOOD LAB」があったので朝食はサンドイッチを購入してホテルの紅茶をいただきました。

Cons:

仕方ないのですが、トイレにトイレットペーパーを流さないように気を付けること。でもウォシュレットつきなので、きれいに流してトイレットペーパーで拭いて、トイレ横のダストボックスに入れれば良いです。
