Stay was great for this money.
Pros:

Location is good,5 minutes from tram to the center, metro is 1 min walk. Staff is very attentive,helpful, I got room changed because original room was with broken Aircon. Staff provide tasty tea, help with tours, laundry. very friendly and hospitality. Also they have spa with hamam and sauna, massage. Breakfast is the same every day, but full with options.

Cons:

First room I got in need renovation, everything else was perfect.

Super lokalizacja i bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

W pokoju nie żadnego gniazdka tylko w łazience, sejf wolnostojący (nieprzytwierdzony do ściany).

Leckeres Frühstück und gratis Tee. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind nett, bis auf den jüngeren Kollegen, der leider sehr arrogant rüberkam."

Ich bin ein großer Fan von Real Madrid, vor allem weil Arda Güler dort spielt. Ich wollte mir das Spiel am Fernseher in der Lobby ansehen, aber leider wurde ich vom Jungemitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr schroff abgewiesen. Er hat mich wie ein kleines Kind gemaßregelt und behauptet, ich hätte kein Recht, den Fernseher zu benutzen. Das war wirklich sehr unhöflich und ist sehr schade für so ein Hotel. Ansonsten war mit der Übernachtung alles in Ordnung und auch das Frühstück war gut."

Любезен персонал, но останахме разочаровани от хигиената в Хотел и Спато
Cons:

Спато беше под всякаква критика вобще него ползвахме, а ни влизаше в цената което беше много разочароващо ако знаехме че спато не става щяхме да си запазим Хотел на по добра цена без спа.

Je kan er makkelijk met openbaarvervoer komen. Tram metro taxi's en bussen op loopafstand. Winkels in de nabije omgeving. Dat vonden wij wel een voordeel.

Cons:

Onze kamer was best klein en de badkamer nog kleiner. Je kon ruiken dat er in was gerookt en er lag een asbak buiten het raam op de vensterbank. Door het hele hotel kon je ruiken dat er werd gerookt binnen. Koffiemachine was kapot dus moesten we het doen met oploskoffie. Ontbijt was sowieso niet je van het. Sauna stond uit toen we er gebruik van wilden maken. Personeel vond ik beetje onvriendelijk van de Hammam.
