Os funcionarios sao excelentes e muito prestativos. Os recepcionistas sao muito atenciosos, e os outros funcionarios tambem, tanto da limpeza como do restaurante.
No dia em que fizemos o check in e o check out encontramos uma recepcionista que foi muito prestativa e apoiou bastante para aquilo que era a nossa preocupacao.
Tem um excelente e variado pequeno almoco e o Hotel esta muito bem localizado
A proximidade do centro de Kigali, a pouca distância do Centro de Conferências onde decorria o evento da ESAAMLG, constituiu uma das razões da minha escolha, uma vez que me desloquei àquele país precisamente para participar no referido evento. A localização era tão conveniente que, inclusive, poderia deslocar-me a pé até ao local da conferência. e igualmente do pessoal os funcionarios do hotel principalmente da recepcionista que nos recebeu foi muito prestativa, infelizmente nao tenho o nome dela para agradecer a disponibilidade.
A falta de ar condicionado, que foi remediado por ventoinha.

Some problems with hot water but solved after 3 days.

Do atendimento no geral mas especificamente da cordialidade e educação dos funcionários. Desde o pessoal da Recepção ao pessoal da limpeza.
Aumentar o leque de opções ao pequeno almoço. Não é péssimo mas pode ser melhorado. Entretanto, no geral gostei.

The property doesn’t reflect what’s in the pictures
Dusty carpet and the noise outside is terrible. We requested for our money and they charged us 20% off each day but we accepted to pay otherwise the 8 days would have made us regret our stay in Kigali

Where i stayed, which ass a good place, the water was not hot. There would be episodes of called water, the hot comes in the middle bathing stain very cold water. I should say that may be it's the fourth floor. The first room. I stayed in had good hot water, but it very small, in the middle, no windows and no air-conditioning, hot. They also have very small creen TV
I would recommend the hotel provides Airport transfer to customers
Breakfast was good
Pictures on booking are very deceptive compared to what you see with your eyes. Rooms are rather very small
The hotel is super clean, breakfast was excellent, and the staff was all friendly. It's a place I would like to come to again. I advise that my bathroom water system be checked because the spillage from the hand shower wet the floor.
Comfort ogunlusi
The location is perfect, very close to the market and Kigali car free zone. The breakfast was superb with variety. I stayed in one of the most nicest rooms and the staff were very welcoming and friendly

Disappointing Experience – Deceptive Booking Practices**

"I booked a Double Room via Booking.com in advance to ensure a smooth check-in, but upon arrival, I was told that no rooms were available. I was initially offered a substandard room without AC or a fan, which I declined.
It was only after I pushed back that a 'double room' was suddenly produced, with staff behaving as if they were doing me a huge favor. It was very obvious that rooms were available, as I observed several empty ones on the same floor. It seems the hotel may be withholding rooms booked through third-party platforms to sell them to walk-in customers at higher rates.
Furthermore, the room provided had a malfunctioning AC, which made for an uncomfortable, sleepless night. While the breakfast was good, the lack of transparency and poor service was unacceptable. I hope management addresses these dishonest practices, as it severely impacts customer trust.
