Fantastic
Pros:

The staff was supper friendly , room was generally clean, they restocked toothbrush daily , the breakfast was amazing

Cons:

The carpet in the rooms was not properly clean, may need to be changed

Excellent value, good restaurant with a view.
Pros:

I like returning to this hotel. It's good value, centrally located, and its restaurant is truly excellent. The restaurant is open to hotel guests only, which Im not sure is an advantage really (you can bring your own guests only), but it is a beautiful terrace with a great view over the bustling streets below. The staff are really great. I would like to specially distinguish Miguel at the reception, who must have been trained at Sheraton at least - the one person there that would certainly fit any five-star hotel in Europe. Then restaurant is really good, especially beef dishes, although you may expect some differences in approach, for example Spaghetti Bolognese I guess should use thicker pasta and the addition of some spices might shock an Italian (cinnamon?). But still very good! The booking.com reservations include a room with a balcony, but not all rooms at this price include one, so make sure you get it while checking in.

Nothing. Perhaps only lack of hot water in the shower.

My stay was fine
Pros:

The breakfast was okay; hopefully, more variety would have been better. The room I had was small, but it was changed for me when I requested. The hotel is close to town, allows for more walking to explore the shops available

Would not recommend
Pros:

The property was in the noisy city center which made it difficult to even rest or sleep

Cons:

My entire stay there was terrible from the breakfast to no elevators having to carry my suitcases up the stairs as well as the room not having some items like bedroom slippers, an AC, a good heater and many others
