フロントが英語対応が出来ない。部屋が臭う

These people are extremely nice would do anything to try to help you out. The traffic in Saigon, Vietnam is very noisy in the city. Alot of traffic cars honking, scooters etc. There is a Circle K right next door that stays open 24hrs. When you wake up there are places right next door and a coffee shop right across the street. Your about a 15m walk away from the War remnant muesum. Everything else youll have to do a grab (uber) for a motorbike or taxi. For the four nights i stayed there my room was only cleaned once most places i go even in Thailand have a door sign that tells them if you want your room cleaned or no this place did not. I guess it all depends on where you stay as well. In a more upscale hotel or resort they would have had a possibly a more catered experience. One thing i really did not like and believe they shoild improve on is the fact that your A/C along with all the electricity in the room would not work unless you slide your room key into the slot. The crappy part about that is that is when you get back to your hotel from a hot ass day of walking all ar I und the city your room takes forever to cool down . All in all for the price and budget you really cant beat it. You truly do get what you pay for in all countires around the world I guess.

Perfectly fine for the cost. Design flaw in bath/shower creates flooding everytime it's used.

前回はチェックイン時にもたもたしましたが、今回は夜10時半ごろの到着でしたがスムーズにいきました。朝食付きのプランを選んでいたのですが、すっかり忘れていたところ、フロントから電話がありメニューを確認してくれました。フォーなどほかにも数種類あって選べて、とても美味しかったのでおすすめです。なぜか4日間、一度も他の朝食利用者を見ませんでしたが・・・。
唯一、冷蔵庫の中にミネラルウォーターが入っていたので、5本飲んだところ有料だったようで、チェックアウト時に90,000ドン請求されました。ホテルの隣がコンビニなので、そちらで購入した方が3分の1で済みます。
フロントのスタッフはフレンドリーで、気持ちよく滞在できました。また利用します。

小ぶりなホテル。清潔感があり。浴室もよく清掃され、湯の量もたっぷりで満足。
湯沸かしポットはなかったが、湯を保温ジャーで持ってきた。
時間帯によっては受付にヴェトナム語しか話せないスタッフしかいない。

チェックイン時に、すでにこちらのサイトで支払い済みだったのに、すぐにわからなかったようで、アゴダか？と聞かれたりして手間取ったのが残念。客室は広く、立地も良かった。部屋にドライヤーが無かったので言ったらすぐ持ってきてくれた。オーナーの愛想はよく、また泊まりたいが、チェックイン時が心配。

To begin with we have asked for 3 single beds amd at our arrival we were informed that this is impossible. The staff didn’t speak english... the breakfast was not so good.. The location is very good and the room was ok..

Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla War Remnants museon lähellä. Henkilökunta puhui englantia huonohkosti, joten kommunikointi oli ajoittain hankalaa. Menisin uudelleen.

It's a nice hotel close to the city centre. We booked a room type called "VIP City View", only to be shown into a room without a window! After we complained, they helped us into a large room with two windows. This was an unpleasant way to begin our stay, but other than this we enjoyed our day here.

Toilet door was broken, shower curtains stained, walls were paper thin, no breakfast, no hair dryer, not even the customary complimentary water. When we came home past midnight, there were 3 scantily-clad hookers sitting and waiting for customers in the lobby. We later realized that the rooms r also available for rent on an hourly basis. I guess that tells us why there were hookers waiting!

Very nice hotel, with the sweetest staff. Didn't try food at the hotel, because there is a lot of really good foodplaces in the area. Would stay here again. :)

The room was a little small but the bed wasn't. It was super clean and had the most helpful staff willing to help with bags and give directions when possible. If I'm ever in Ho Chi Minh again I would definitely consider staying here again.

It's a 2-star hotel that gives you comfort and cleanliness.
