Not Allowed to tell the real reason unfortunately

The building is old. It needs renovation. Friendly staff. Coming and going is hard because you have to climb down and climb up very steep road, almost 45 degrees incline. Otherwise it's not a bad place. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

Everything was good, except the way that leads you to taksım meydanı, was very exhausted to us, it it was only five minutes of walking, but it was the hardest 😂

I was in this hotel about 5 days December 7 2024. The room was clean and receptionist were so nice. Near the Taksim square. I also used the safe box it was fine . The breakfast was the same thing for everyday I was there but there are lots of shops and bakery near the hotel. The man in kitchen was so kind also receptionist. I recommend u to so stay in hotel if u are coming to this travel very economic.

Small hotel conveniently located near Taksim.

Habíamos reservado la habitación con desayuno incluido y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que no incluía de malas formas. Nos pusimos en contacto con Expedia y nos confirmó que si nos incluía en la reserva per el hotel nunca dio respuesta.
El hotel es bastante ruidoso, se escuchaba prácticamente todo, el baño sin intimidad ya que las paredes del baño eran de cristal o similar.

Big room, friendly staff

I booked the place from expedia where it was said breakfast is available but it was not. Also, there is a big steep to the main road and taxies do not come to the hotel. So you have to climb all the way up to get to the main street to get a taxi.

I stayed in Oriella hotel in one day. In google has written that it is a 5 star hotel but in my opinion it has no star. The image of hotel in googel is not real, the hotel is not similar to these picture. when I stayed here, the money of an Iranian family was lost in the room and the reception did not give them access to the camera.
I do not recommend this hotel at all to stay even for 1 day

Wir hatten drei Zimmer. In Zimmer 1 war das Bad mit Schimmel an der Decke besetzt, die Wand zum Schlafzimmer war im unterem Bereich durchnässt, beim Duschen lief das Wasser durch die Wand ins Schlafzimmer. Der Raum roch schon sehr muffig.
Zimmer 2 und 3: naja, Dusch- und Waschbereich sind sehr sehr verkalkt und unsauber. Also die gammelige Version von Kalk. Ob in den Zimmern mal gewischt wurde? Ich glaube nicht. Irgendwie wurde ständig das Klopapier vergessen aufzufüllen. Armaturen sind lose, Leuchtmittel defekt. Immerhin wurden der Müll und Handtücher getauscht.
Eines Abends kam ein anderer Gast mit seiner Karte in unserem Zimmer. Er hat sich im Zimmer geirrt.
Es gab Klima und gutes Wlan.
Naja, dafür es günstig. Zum Schlafen und Duschen hat es gereicht. Achja, es gibt Zimmer, da sind Zimmer und Bad räumlich nicht getrennt. Dusche und WC sind lediglich durch eine Glaswand vom Raum getrennt.

Staff were nice except the guy working at the restaurant. He was not polite with the guests. I observed that he rudely told a family to leave the restaurant aftet they finished their breakfast. The location of the hotel is near to Taksim but the hotel is located in a downhill which was difficult to climb specially with baggages.

In google it is writen that the hotel is 5 star but you can not find any star.

Small and beautiful hotel , lovely breakfast and the host was amazing, highly recommend as this is very close to taskim square and have lots of eatery nearby. they don't have lunch and dinner options this is something that need to be improved. I enjoyed my stay

The hotel has a very good location ,comfortable rooms.I will definately come again to this hotel.some small things were not perfect like tissue paper in room or toothbrush.beds were comfortable.rooms were cleaned everyday.thanks to hotel staff .

The front desk is not caring for passengers' demands, the weather is cold and the rooms are not warm, during my 5 days stay, I asked them to clean my room several times but they didn't pay any attention but the location is near the train.

small hotel about 25 rooms with no safe box and very very small room , in too sloopy street with cold small lobby, its just waste of your money. breakfast is same evry day in a plate and contains of very simple things. the positive thing about this hotel is just quite rooms and nothing else

Odalar temiz degil, hijyen eksikligi var, sampuan eksik, tuvalet bozuk.
