I’m staying somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Location and complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

My girlfriend had her passport and $1,000 dollars stolen from the room. Staff was not helpful or willing to check the cameras to investigate it. Their communication in English was poor and they didn’t fix a clogged drain in my shower, which I asked for the entire week. What saved the stay was the breakfast and excellent location.

Good balance between price and quality.
Pros:

Just inn hotel is always good. It’s like my 3rd staying here.

1. Excellent location. Right behind the corner of Gulhane Park, Hacia Sofia, Eminonu. Next to the T1 tram station. Location is safe for tourists.

2. Good building, elevator, good restoration.

3. Not noisy

4. Comfy bed and pillows.

5. Friendly stuff .

Cons:

1. It was not clean at all. Sticky floor, someone’s hair, not clean shower…. But honestly it is not that much terrible and normal for that price.

Location and price are actually compensating all.

2. Place is really safe for a single travellers.

Pros:

Приятен малък хотел, който въпреки, че е разположен близо до трамвая, шума от тракането почти не се чуваше при отворен прозорец. Приветлив и услужлив персонал. Стаята беше чиста и подредена, кърпи и чаршафи бяха чисти, леглото беше удобно. Банята беше чиста и заредена с всичко необходимо. Асансьора не се чуваше, когато се движи. Закуската за мен беше богата и разнообразна, а кафето много хубаво.

Cons:

Основните ми забележки са за климатика и душ кабината.
Климатика е монтиран точно над леглото, така че в каквато и позиция да се застопори да духа, пак духа върху човека на леглото, което не е приятно.
Пода на душ кабината според мен няма достатъчен наклон към канала и водата трудно се оттича и се събира на пода.

Pros:

Great location, comfortable beds. Close to attractions.

Kind staff - helped with bags etc.

Lovely restaurant across the road.

Perfect if you just need to sleep.

Can walk to the tram station, grand bazaar, gulhane park

Cons:

The room was not cleaned during my stay - all they did was fold up the bed sheet and give clean towels.

Tea cups , tea etc not replaced.

I booked 4 rooms - 2/4 fridges didn’t work. And one of the aircons.

I wish they would do some maintenance.
