Great experience overall, especially for the price
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for moving around the city.
The breakfast was good with enough variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay

Отдыхали в последнюю неделю мая 2025 года, по традиции каждый год встречаемся с родными в Стамбуле именно в этом районе. В этот раз заселились в этот отель. Прекрасное расположение! Чисто, приятно что воду приносили каждый день, убирали, полотенца и белье всегда свежие. Спасибо большое персоналу отеля за внимательность, сердечность и доброе отношение. Отдельная благодарность администратору Максиму за готовность помочь подсказать, за простое дружелюбное общение. Приедем еще!)

Good price for the location
Pros:

The location is great, and the staff is kind and helpful. I booked a single room, and it is small but has everything you need for a few days' stay. The air conditioner in the room was not working, and they provided a small fan/heater, but the bathroom was well-heated by the central system radiator.

Cons:

It could be cleaner and better maintained. It is a bit noisy because of the air conditioners and other machines in the yard behind.

نصيحتي ان لا تقربوا من هذا الفندق،
الفندق جدا جدا وسخ ،مليء أوساخ وقاذورات،

الفراش غير نظيف، المناشف غير نظيفة،
الحمام مكسور وغير نظيف،
الفندق جدا جدا ضيق ، لا تستطيع المشي في الغرفة ،
دفعت 520 يورو
نمت ليلة واحدة وتركت الفندق رغم اني دافع مبلغ كبير،
تركت الفندق وخرجت وحجزت مع عائلتي فندق اخر
خسرت اموالي لكن ربحت صحتي وصحة عائلتي،
لا انصح ابدا ابدا بهذا الفندق

The hotel’s location was walking distance to Eminonu, Gulhane and Sultanahmet. Mr Mustapha was helpful

Cons:

Since there was tram near, taxi drivers would not like to stop near the hotel. The heater was not working properly in the room. Some of the staff a the front desk do not understand basic English.

Only good thing in this hotel is staff. Very friendly people.

Cons:

The hotel needs emergency restoration. It is also very small and old, so you can't clean something that is too old. After the stay, every negative review turns out to be 100% true.

This review is written to formally document a serious failure in service standards and guest safety during my stay at Just Inn Hotel.
• The heating system (air conditioning) was non-functional in all rooms, despite outdoor temperatures being below zero, which constitutes a basic habitability and safety issue.
• After three full days of repeated complaints to the reception, a portable heater was provided; however, it was defective and ineffective.
• The following day, the heater was removed without prior notice, consent, or explanation, leaving the room again unheated.
• Single rooms are unreasonably small, poorly designed, and back-facing, overlooking only ventilation shafts and the rear of the building, which was not adequately disclosed at the time of booking.
• Television service in single rooms is severely limited to only three news channels.
Reception staff stated that the TV is not smart and cannot access Turkish channels, while double rooms clearly provide local channels, indicating unequal service standards between room categories.
• Food quality was unacceptable and highly repetitive throughout seven consecutive days, with no reasonable variety or adherence to expected hospitality standards.
• I officially reported all issues to Booking.com during the stay, yet no corrective action, room change, refund, or adequate solution was offered, resulting in continued exposure to these conditions.

Based on the above, this hotel demonstrates poor management, lack of transparency, and failure to meet basic hospitality obligations.
I do not recommend this property, particularly during winter, and believe potential guests should be fully informed before booking.
