Nice Apartment for a few days stay.
Friendly people, close to a big shopping street, area around apartment a little old.
Had a nice stay.

The worst place I stayed in Istanbul. I've been to Istanbul for over 20 times and this was the last minute booking and was a very bad choice. The host was not welcoming. Service is zero.

Friendly staff, very helpful and understanding. Fantastic views from balcony/terrace. Good location, close to Taksim Square. Sofa bed could do with being upgraded/renewed.

A really nice place at the heart of the city - the prefect price-quality balance here :) totally recommending to other travelers x

El establecimiento está en general acogedor,y bien, las habitaciones muy correctas, la ubicación fenomenal, el trato y personal lo mejor. El único pero o fallo es la falta de limpieza de las habitaciones más continuo

Everything looked so much better on the Pictures.
It wasn't ugly, so it was "OKAY" to stay there for a few days. The Wi-Fi was awful. It rarely worked.
The staff was okay. One Girl couldn't barely speak turkish or even english. It was hard to communicate with her, but she was nice. One other Girl (Elnaz if I remember properly) was really nice to us. She helpes us and could talk turkish and english. The other stuff (especially one man) were OKAY. A Little arrogant.

The residence is in a 3 Minute walk distance from the Taksim square, which was quiet nice. But the houses next to the residence were extremely ugly and I didn't feel safe.

One of the staff workers asked me if I can give a good Review. I'm sorry, I'm not giving a good Review. I am just giving an honest Review.

I would NOT recommend to book this residence.

in sehr zentrale Lage Hotel liegt in ein alte gegen Metro erreichbar in 300 meter da von überall mit Metro erreichbar Allerdingst ist Nicht sehr Ruhige Lage ich hab von Hotels com für 165 € $ Nächte
gebucht vor dieser Preisklasse ist okay

Where to begin?
Personnel barely speak english, environment very noisy, potentially unsafe, 2 nights in a row, a fire fight broke out in the street at night!
Bathroom was filthy, the paint is peeling off the ceiling,forget about daily maid service (as advertised), forget about about breakfast in the morning as shown in the picture) first morning we head to the lobby at 8:30, the guy is sleeping on the couch, wapped up in his blanket, I asked for a black coffe, got a instant coffe and cream!
lights in the hallway of the appertement was out for the whole stay.
Aside from being close to Taksim square, I can't think of anything positive to say about this place, look elsewhere, you'll save yourself a big disappointment.
Oh yeah...Wifi is out from midnight till 8am.

also we confirmed and called we waited one and half hour at reception for check in , room was miserable as dust and black stains every where , hair and food remain all over rooms , toilet was not clean , no water for couple of days .,...,apartment furniture is old and dirt all over ...,staff refused to cooperate and we ended cleaned ourself just to live ...,I strongly recommend to remove this miserable place from hotels.com

BE Aware: you will have chance to be relocated/put into a different hotel.
After arrival, I was advised the toilet or something is not working and no other room is available so they have to put me to a different hotel 2min away. they told me the second day it will be ok and i can check in. I see other people posted the similar experience too so it does happen. Bear in mind and be prepared.

The owner's english is very limited and the whole conversation is with another guy over the phone.

They put me to a cheaper hotel per online price. That hotel is ok.

Really convenient for Taksim Sq, although it took a bit of finding (look for a big group of Taxis near to the Taksim metro station, and head that way. Keep to the right of the main rd that goes under the sq, and it just a couple of streets down there). On arrival, we were offered drinks while the terrifically helpful Ayman gave us all sorts of useful info re getting around, and some 'must-sees' during our short stay.
Will definitely stay there again next time we visit Istanbul. We stayed in the penthouse apt, and the stay was great value for money.

Stayed here for 7 nights at end of May 2016. This small residence consists of 7 small apartments, each consisting of a sitting area, a dining area, a kitchenette and seperate bathroom and separate bedroom. There is adequate space throughout to comfortably accommodate 2 people. The room and all the facilities, are to a high standard and very clean. It is cleaned, and bedsheets and towels changed every day. The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and speak very good English. The breakfast is adequate, but not too exciting. Coupled with its close proximity to Taksim square, and low price, I would highly recommend this residence. It is a true 'home from home'.

Comfortable large suite, easy short walk to metro station and lively boulevard

I stayed for 12 days. Friendly staff, good apartment. Decent size and well equipped. Breakfast was also good. Area safe but a little rumbustuous. Great value out of season.
