Pros:

深夜到着便から翌朝出発の乗り継ぎで、数時間の滞在でしたがぐっすり眠ることができました。受付の方もとても親切で、到着時からとても安心しました。

部屋の中も最低限のものがそろっているのと、空調も調節でき、外部の音も遮断されていて、静かでよかったです。

また乗り継ぎがある際は是非利用したいです。

Convenient pod for long layovers
Pros:

I used this SleepPod facility when I had a long layover between long-haul flights and it was very comfy and convenient. The pods are well appointed and it's a nice touch with the water and Chocopies. I had an inner facing pod which was reasonably quiet and I was already aware of the bathroom situation so it wasn't a big deal. Most importantly, the staff Huong at check-in was just so lovely and so accommodating that she changed my booking which I had erroneously booked for the SleepPod at Terminal 1 to Terminal 2,which is where I arrived and departed.

遅い到着で疲れもありスムーズにチェックイン出来てありがたかった。翻訳ソフトを使ってやり取りし、この日周囲が工事中で騒音が気になるかもと耳栓を用意してくれていたが、気になる程でも無く使わずに済んだ。部屋は清潔に整えてありトイレが外で少し歩くのが不便だったけれど、夜に到着ならまた使いたい。
