This time I get room ,witch windows to street,,so it is was little noise
It’s location.
No lift, the same routine of breakfast, No English talking with staff.
The receiption is at 1st floors and rooms are above 1st floor. It has no elevator and you had to pickup your bags like 2 or 3 stories's stairs to your room. Also the windows opens to road side, which is like highway. Since the windows are not sound proof, so it very noisy at night and you can't sleep.

The location is close to a big mall which has everything one needs. Easy public transport access. Clean and relatively freshly renovated rooms. Kind personal.
The building is located on a meter of 12 lane road, windows that are installed now don't help against such a noise. Taking into account windows that are always closed, ventilation is a problem. Also I have a permanent problem with WiFi, there was a connection but not internet access.
Location is good, next to metrobus and trading centers, although it may take you more than an hour to reach taksim and eminonu, sultanahmet areas. many transport modes available. Staff is nice and responsive. Building and rooms was clean and cosy. my check in was easy at midnight arrival and check out at 8 am was easy, the staff helped to bring down my luggages.
The staff mostly speaks only Turkish. It was hard to talk if you don't speak Turkish. Sometimes there appears a lady who speaks at least Russian. I am not sure about English of that lady. As the hotel is located on the metrobus and intensive traffic, the rooms are not silent. It makes difficult to sleep in the night if you are sensitive. window noice isolation should be improved! we had to change one room because of the unbearable noise in the night. for those who need wifi for it is not stable. do not rely on wifi stability of the hotel at all. i used cell phone internet all the time, especially for notebook. it is also cold in the rooms and the cover is very thin. sleep is not good at all because of cold and noise. breakfast is not so good but enough, not stable though. no elevator - rooms are second to fourth floor. there is a safe lock in the room but without batteries, seems like you have to bring batteries with yourselft - 4 pills of A3.

We chose this hotel because we have stayed here before in 2018 and things were ok then.
But now we didn't like anything...
The hotel seems to be deserted. Nothing seems to work there.
Although check in is at 1pm we arrived at 6pm and the rooms were vile..
Air conditioning was not working at almost 40 degrees.
The minibar which had a flat water at 0.5 l was totally non-functional.
In the safe we found a screwdriver and a broken lamp ripped out of the wall.
The bathroom looked clean at first glance, but... When I went into the bath 🤢🤮 I found mould
