Good bang for the buck. Property was clean and staff was always friendly. There was always a door greeter and the cleaners were diligent. Would highly recommend.

Is nice but a bit inconvenient to walk in .

Did not get the room with a window that I had booked & paid for. The power went out on my last morning there so, packing my suitcase was a bit of a chore.
Wifi was good, lots of hot water and water pressure was good. Beds were fairy comfortable & it was quiet at night.
The area around the hotel looked a little sketchy but, I was fine walking around, even at night.

Cozy rooms

Great value for the area of Bangkok. It’s not the fanciest property around, but definitely clean and comfortable. For the price I thought it was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. If your the type that leaves your hotel in the morning and don’t return until it’s time for bed this is the place for you.

The hotel room blacked out few times during the stay. The air-conditioning is not really working, even we had switched on and off few times at the lowest temperature.

Hotel was at the corner of nowhere so is almost impossible to grab or cab to the place. Easiest way is to alight at Baiyoke Sky Hotel and walk in. But there are lots of food and shopping around so is very convenient. But staff are not very friendly, no smile or anything. One day when we went back to our room after a long day, the room was filled with cigarettes smoke smell. All our clothes and stuff are stained with the smell. It was super unbearable. We went to request for a room change, but the staff looks super pissed and mumbled in Thai saying that we are troublesome. Originally, he only offered to spray some air freshener for us, but we insist on a room change. Not coming back for the next time...

Receptionist not friendly, others is good. Very limited television channel.

pros: hotel was clean, food was fair, great location.
cons: the queen room we booked was unavailable when we checked in. we were given a twin room. next morning we went out at 9 am came back to hotel at 12pm and still our room was unavailable. so they gave us an option to stay at windowless queen room. hotel needs to train their reception staff to engage with customers in a polite manner. all other staff including room service doormen were fantastic and polite.

i booked 3 rooms, 2 of the connecting rooms were ok. Unfortunately another room gave me a very very bad experience. Through out the whole 4 nights, l being changing the room due to the Air Cond problem. I m tired of it.

Hotel staff are rude and unhelpful. They ignore guests and pretend to be busy when you want yo ask something. Rooms are small and not very clean. I am very disappointed with this hotel. No toiletries in the toilet not even toilet paper (tissue). No choices of food for breakfast. Everyday there was rice, stew, and half cooked eggs and toast. Ended up eating out every morning.
Hotel location is great. Between markets and walking distance to many malls in the area.
