Pera Line Hotel

Personel yardımseverdi. Kaldığım oda fotoğraflardaki gibi yeni değildi. Daha yeni eşyalı ve fresh görünüyor ama değil. King size yataktan kasıt iki ayrı yatağın birleştirilmesi ve yatakların baya rahatsız eder şekilde çökmüş olması seyahatimdeki tek genel rahatsızlık. Uzun süreli kalımlarda sıkıntılı. Kaldığım odanın dolabı garip bir şekilde öne doğru düşecek şekilde eğimli ve klima duvar göstergesinin kapağı kırık kullanımı biraz ayarlamadıkları sürece sıkıntı. Kumandayı bulamadım ve 5. Kat interneti kötü. Bağlantı ya kopuk ya da çekmiyor şeklinde. 2. Kattan bağlanıyorsunuz. Odada fincan takımı var ama kaşık yok. Evet eksiklikler için personelle iletişime geçilebilir belki bu konuda gayet yardımseverler ama bu eksiklikleri tamamlamaları ve biraz yenilemeye gitmeleri fena olmaz çünkü kesinlikle otel bu halindeyken fiyat ürün performansından bahsedemeyiz ücreti de çok uygun değil o yüzden beklentim otelin şu anki durumundan bir tık daha yüksekti. En azından fotoğrafta gördüğü gibi olmasını beklerdim.

Her şey çok güzeldi, otel çok temizdi ve personel çok güleryüzlüydü, Konum ve fiyat performans olarak aşırı iyiydi,Otel konum olarak çok rahat ve güvenli bir yerde .Tavsiye ediyorum

Only stayed one as I had booked to stay somewhere else for the champions league final staff were very friendly and helpful will definitely stay if I return to Istanbul

The location is good as it’s near taksim square and any time room service was a great experience,but the fridge was not working and bad smell was coming through the drainage in the bath room

Its ok for 2 nights stay.It is near the main street of taksim which is full of shops and very busy.

Très propre la station de taxi a 50 mètre personnel très accueillant franchement je vous conseille vivement

People were nice and helpful

I stayed here with my family. They were good enough to upgrade my room. The people were very helpful and courteous though the hotel had its limitations in room services and bedsheets were a bit torn out. But it had an amazing location just 2 mins walk to istiklal street and 4 mins walk to taksim square and taksim metro station. If your on a budget i will suggest you to opt for the hotel as the area was quite and no hustle bustle of istiklal was heard. They had a good breakfast (cheese, bread, salad, eggs, cereals, etc)

Will definitely stay if i am on a low budgeted trip...

Locatie is heel slecht, hotel zelf was schoon maar de laatste dag hadden we geen water.

Отель находится в очень удобном месте, можно пешком дойти до всех основных достопримечательностей. Персонал отеля - выше всяких похвал! Любые просьбы выполнялись мгновенно. Можно посоветоваться о том, как и куда пройти, есть утюг, чайник, прекрасный завтрак на террасе. Можно говорить по-русски.

Benzeri olan otellere gore cok daha temiz ve güzeldir

I don’t recommend this hotel. When we got there, nobody was there. We had to wait 30 minutes till someone could give us the key from our room. It was busy in front of the hotel at night, but nu staff. When we came to our room, i saw that we didn’t had a balcony, when i booked this hotel on Expedia, there was a balcony and a smoking room. We didn’t get any of that. We talked to the ‘staff’ there at the first night. He told us that we could get a other room the next day at 12.00. Next day 12.00 o’clock, we heard that there is no other room, my boyfriend was a lier because we were lying about it?????
The people who worked there were very rude to us. They were yelling at us if we had a complaint about things. The card from our room didn’t work every day, every day we had to get a new one.
We had a room on the 1st floor, every night it was busy with junks in front of the hotel, we couldn’t sleep from the voices we heard.
There were ants in the shower, what is not hygienic.

We didnt feel save or welcome in this hotel. We dont recommend this hotel!!!!

It's a good Hotel, But no Breakfast area there.
Like the photos on Expedia.
And not a Hotel system. It's like a residence.
The staff are good and respectable. But there is a problem with the size of the bed. Very small.

Pera Line residence is a great place if you’re looking for a cheap, clean and a nice place to stay while in Istanbul. A 3-4 minute walk away from taksim square and a couple of metro stations. The host is great answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and the receptionists were nice and helpful although they didn’t speak any English but that didn’t cause any issues.

I think the hotel is a good place for single guests or group of friends.
For couples its okay..

Otel güzeldi, fakat bölge güvenli değildi. Bölge dışında bir problem yoktu.

Very good hotel, for the next time again the same hotel.

Location very bad and dangerous no room service no condition (AC) room to small

A new build smal hotel with the best position and very clean.internet is amazing and Staff are friendly but unfortunately there was some problem during our stay. For example one morning we didn't had breakfast because the the servant who used to prepare the breakfast was sick or when she cleans our rooms she forget to put enough towel.
Our room was really small but was satisfying for us.
Finally based on the prise if you can't afford better hotel this hotel is a nice place.
هتلی نوساز و شیک با اتاقهای بسیار کوچیک و اینترنت خوب.
مکان هتل بسیار مناسب است
یک روز چون خدمتکار نبود صبحانه نداشتیم و یا وقتی خدمتکار اتاق را منظم کرد فراموش کرد هوله کافی قرار دهد. در مجموع با توجه به قیمت هتل مناسبی بود و اگه نمیخواهید بیشتر برای بلیط هزینه کنید انتخاب خوبی است
