Save your self the headache
Pros:

We needed adjoining rooms for our family. When booking, we were told to call 10 days before arrival to arrange it. We did exactly that — and were told they couldn't help over the phone but would take care of it when we arrived. When we got there? Sorry, can't help. Three separate promises, zero follow-through.
The rooms themselves weren't much better. They smell, the walls are thin (expect noise), and the AC struggles to keep up. The kicker — when I went to use the shower and pulled the handle to switch to the showerhead, the entire faucet pulled out of the wall.
For the price, there are better options in the area. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're traveling with family or have any specific needs — don't count on them being accommodated no matter what you're told ahead of time.

Don't believe the room description.
Pros:

The room description was handicap accessible tub/shower with bench. What we got was a regular tub/ shower with grab bars and a plastic contraption in the closet that did not fit the tub and looked like it would be dangerous if someone actually tried to use it. The only handicap accessible rooms I would trust would be the ones that say roll-in shower. I was hoping the bench would be one attached to the shower wall that could be brought down for my elderly mother to sit on. This was not the case. She had to go without bathing, as stepping into a tub is too dangerous for her.

I loved the location. Very close to good restraints and the theatre. Cheap uber into downtown corpus.

Cons:

The AC unit leaked our entire stay and made the carpet on one side of our room wet.

I will lot likely stay here again nor would I recommend it to others.

It was conveniently located, the staff was friendly, and it was clean overall.

Cons:

There was zero water pressure in the shower. I felt like I was sponge bathing from the bathroom sink. The fitness room had no AC and busted windows. There was not a bench outside for me to sit and enjoy a nice cigar.

When we first arrived everything was great. It was clean and cozy.

The water pressure from the shower was super low. The trash bin in our room was full and no one came to clean them or add new towls.
