Horrible experience at this location it is very run down. Had problems with my AC for the first 2 days of my stay until they finally decided to move me rooms. Spent about an hour moving things over to the new room I walk in to the restroom and the ceiling has mold. A bunch of the room windows are broken from the outside and the windows leak water into the room also. The manager there is the worst she offers no help and always says “I can’t do anything about it”. Do yourself a favor and book with any of the other hotels nearby just not this one it will save a huge headache.

Location

There for a board meeting and the sales dept told us they could set up a beverage station in the meeting room in March and in June. Didn't happen, they didn't even attempt. I asked in March and they gave us some bottled waters, but I brought them for my board in June (we had a contract, had to go back). Just a very poorly maintained hotel, cutting corners was everywhere.

The room floor needed vacuuming, the desk chair seat was totally peeled off, like flaked off, so had to put a towel in the chair to use it. They DO NOT CLEAN rooms daily at all, windows were broken, there was a line down the middle of our tv, the bathroom tile and baseboards were shabby and not clean and the grout was totally missing in places. The ice machine was broken, and the printer in the lobby didn't work. I asked the woman at the front desk about the printer (Mariah?) and she was dismissive and said she didn't know anything about it and wouldn't even look at me. The outside lights on the columns are broken and the upholstery on furniture in the lobby is worn through or dirty. Breakfast had hard biscuits and no meat or potatoes, just something that was cheap and cost saving for the hotel.

The worst was that one of our board members had the ceiling in their room flood and it rained on them! A poorly maintained tub above them ran over and flooded their room! The only good and pleasant thing was the man at the front desk during the day, I think Luis? Don't go to this hotel, if you expect cleanliness or service. We won't be staying there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We needed adjoining rooms for our family. When booking, we were told to call 10 days before arrival to arrange it. We did exactly that — and were told they couldn't help over the phone but would take care of it when we arrived. When we got there? Sorry, can't help. Three separate promises, zero follow-through.
The rooms themselves weren't much better. They smell, the walls are thin (expect noise), and the AC struggles to keep up. The kicker — when I went to use the shower and pulled the handle to switch to the showerhead, the entire faucet pulled out of the wall.
For the price, there are better options in the area. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're traveling with family or have any specific needs — don't count on them being accommodated no matter what you're told ahead of time.

Location and size of room

The room description was handicap accessible tub/shower with bench. What we got was a regular tub/ shower with grab bars and a plastic contraption in the closet that did not fit the tub and looked like it would be dangerous if someone actually tried to use it. The only handicap accessible rooms I would trust would be the ones that say roll-in shower. I was hoping the bench would be one attached to the shower wall that could be brought down for my elderly mother to sit on. This was not the case. She had to go without bathing, as stepping into a tub is too dangerous for her.
