During my stay, the first night was satisfactory; however, the second night was not. I was not advised at check-in, nor was it otherwise clearly disclosed, that housekeeping services required a specific request. After leaving the property at approximately 7:00 a.m. and returning late that afternoon, I discovered that my room had not been serviced. This was both unexpected and unacceptable.
Upon contacting the front desk, I spoke with an employee identified as Mirah. Rather than offering assistance or attempting to resolve the issue, she responded in a dismissive and confrontational manner, stating that she was not the employee who checked us in and that we “should have read the rules.” No effort was made to de-escalate the situation or provide reasonable accommodation.
Instead, Mirah contacted law enforcement, resulting in our being escorted from the property and forced to secure alternate lodging for the remainder of our stay. At the time of this incident, we were lawful, paying guests with a confirmed reservation from Thursday through Saturday.
The manner in which this situation was handled caused significant distress and left me feeling targeted and discriminated against. The decision to involve law enforcement under these circumstances was unwarranted and disproportionate, and it reflects a serious failure in customer service, conflict resolution, and guest relations.
As a result of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable staying at this property or recommending it to others. I request that this matter be formally reviewed and addressed, as no guest should be treated in this manner.

Location
The outer windows were broken, rooms were small, beds were full not queen, pillows were stained with some yellow substance and no other pillows could be given.
It was a clean and organized place. The staff was very friendly and nice. Super helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

If a filthy and badly worn room is your idea of a great stay then this is your place. Read below and keep in mind this is THE 2ND ROOM we were shown because the first room was even a BIGGER DISASTER.
Got to our room at 9:00PM to find the HVAC unit for room was completely without heat (or cooling for that matter). We were very cold all night! The TV in the room was unwatchable with a very dark picture that stuttered and sputtered. Wi-Fi was out for the entire night of our stay. Worst of all, the manager (Hiral Jiva) refused to even speak with me the next day despite two separate in-person attempts. The front desk clerk promised someone would call me later that day to address the issues. Of course, NOBODY from La Quinta has called and the call was promised 2 days ago.
An awful experience followed up by awful customer service.
