Tv não funcionou, a recepção foi aviasada, demorou muito porque esqueceu de chamar o técnico, tive que ir na recepção novamente, até resolver o problema. Aviso sem barulho após 22h, mas essa regra não funciona nem pata recepção que estava a dar risadas e comversas altas ate tarde da noite, ouvia tudo no quarto, fora o cheiro de ambiente mau arejado no quarto térreo.Café da manhã as atendentes reclamando dos hóspedes que deixaram o buffet desorganizado. Não tinha água pela manhã para tomar banho.
