A cama era bastante confortável, firme e macia; o ar condicionado era silencioso e potente; a limpeza do quarto foi satisfatória e as funcionárias da limpeza foram gentis e educadas.

Cons:

A estrutura do quarto estava precisando de manutenção e um toque de cuidado. No nosso quarto tinham Luzes faltando ou com defeito (piscando), não tinha shampoo nem secador.

O atendimento da recepção foi ruim sem sombra de dúvidas, os funcionários mal respondiam um bom dia, mal olharam na nossa cara pra nos atender, parecia que falavam o mínimo possível (e em uma situação houve uma sutil revirada de olho, mas depois de ser atendida em outros lugares notei ser um traço cultural do atendimento ao público em salvador). Precisa melhorar.

Café da manhã satisfatório, mas precisa aumentar a variedade de proteínas. Comi ovo e salsicha os dois dias que fiquei hospedada. O queijo também não tava nada fresco pelo sabor. Detalhes.
