We stayed in one of the newer lodges overlooking the jungle which was incredible! Really nice, big rooms with a great view. The hotel is located right next to La Fortuna waterfall and close enough to town too (by car). The staff are incredible and really go out of your way to help accommodate any needs. Special shout out to Antonio who was always super happy at breakfast and the check-in and reservations team, in particular, Esther and Cyndy.

We had a great stay at the hotel. We stayed 3 nights in the tropical forest bungalow.
The bungalow is modern, clean and surrounded by trees. Privacy guaranteed.
The staff was very kind and always helpful. They were always in a great mood and very sweet. Especially cyndy, esther and kevin :-)

The staff are really great, specifically want to mention Cyndy from reception and Charlie & Chichi from the restaurant. They were super good to us.

I gasped the first time I walked into my room and that feeling never wore off.

From the jungle views off my balcony, to the sound system, to the (very welcome) Japanese toilet surprise, this hotel is genuinely among the best I've ever stayed at. The room felt brand new, the property is immaculate, and the food: breakfast, lunch, dinner, was delicious across the board. A special thanks to Antonie my server who gave me great recommendations. Also the hotel is perfectly located 5 minutes from the Fortuna waterfall.

But what truly set this experience apart was the people. Kevin checked me in with such warmth and kindness, and his nightly nature tour of the property was a highlight of my entire trip. spotting frogs and little animals in the dark, receiving high-quality photos and being gifted stickers and a printed photo of one of the frogs. Genuinely thoughtful and memorable.

Cynthia organized all my tours seamlessly. I did the hot springs and the Mistico Hanging Bridges, and I'd recommend both without hesitation.

I was genuinely sad to leave. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Place, felt like home and everyone on the staff was extremely supportive. Especially Esther, Kevin and Cyndy. We loved the unconventional but very effective communication via WhatsApp.

Wonderful place, the staff were so kind and helpful. Delicious restaurant food! I love that it felt like our bungalow was in the middle of the rainforest and don’t miss the fascinating night time frog tour! We’ll return to this place for sure☺️

Wir hatten ein Bungalow mit Whirlpool auf der Terrasse und einem Blick direkt in den Wald.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und hochwertig.
Besonders war die halboffene Dusche.
Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr freundlich und versuchen alles, damit man sich als Gast wohl fühlt. Ein toller Service war die Buchung und Beratung von Aktivitäten direkt an der Rezeption.
Das Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Im Hotel wird abends eine kostenlose Führung angeboten, wobei man viele Tiere, insbesondere bunte Frösche entdecken kann.
Die Vogelwelt wird beim Frühstück mit Obst angelockt, sodass man die verschiedenen Vögel beobachten kann.
Das Hotel liegt fussläufig vom Wasserfall entfernt.

Originelle Unterkunft in schönem Dschungelgarten, sehr freundliches Personal.

Absolutely relaxing and beautiful. The room was perfect and you are right in the middle of the jungle. From your bathroom you can hear all the birds. There isn’t one negative thing I could say about this resort & I feel like I am typically pretty particular. They have a coffee machine you can use anytime to make specialty drinks and the breakfast, which is included, is wonderful.
The staff are very kind and helpful. They helped us book tours and helped make our stay perfect.
