Cons:
Room has poor bathroom (no heater, no soap)
I had to ask for toilet paper and towel. Apparently, the service boy kept the toilet paper and towel on bed (instead of actually fixing/keeping in toilet).

Disgusting! BEWARE!!
Pros:

I don't know who really sent in reviews for it to get a 5 start rating. I have traveled a lot and this was by far the MOST DISGUSTING hotel I have EVER stayed at. Dirty, old, only one person on staff spoke enough English for us to understand. Bedding was ripped,dingy,comforter was stained and cover didn't stay on. WiFi didn't work most the time. They turned the AC off during the night. We only stayed one night, because we went home the next. Would have moved to another hotel if I was staying longer. Even by Indian standards, this was gross!

Excellent hotel and staff, located Perfect to railway station and near main Market.The service was always excellent. The staff was very trained and experienced .Room was comfortable and bed was fine.bathroom was terrific.

Excellent Hotel, lovely Service
Pros:

The service from the staff was amazing . Room was nice and a good size and also clean and quiet.bathroom was spacious which was plus point.Duty manager helped too much .Food was very nice.We will come again for next trip in Delhi.
