Beware of the noise - but if you're on a tight budget, it's good.
Pros:

The location is good, you are close to some major malls and about a 10 - 15 minute ride to the Emirates towers and Marina area which has lots of restaurants and bars. Ubers and taxi drivers had no issues with pick ups or food deliveries.

The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful with whatever my requests or concerns were - I cannot stress this enough, they were fantastic. The room itself is alright, comfortable and well suited for your needs. They offered all of the hygiene essentials and services to make your stay more comfortable. The gym is also convenient for travelers who like to keep to a regime.

Also, certain rooms on higher floors offer a nice view of the sea.

Cons:

The noise was the brutal, bass all throughout the building, I wish I had heeded the reviews which mentioned the club playing music until 3:30 AM. I was staying on the 4th floor and requested to switch to a higher floor for more peace and quiet, though that helped slightly, it didn't stop the low-end from reaching my room. If you are a light sleeper, or just want to have a good sleep I would highly advise that you keep this in mind.

The room itself was nice for what it is, though in the first room I had on the 4th floor, unfortunately the bathroom had a very mildewy smell to it and some of the outlets were loose which caused my chargers not to work in them.

The breakfast in my opinion was a bit "meh" but that's just personal preference. Pictures are a bit misleading.
