Great value and was great for what we needed.
Pros:

Room was comfy. Staff in restaurant were really friendly everyday. Lots of choices for breakfast and after first day they remembered what we liked each morning. Room was always cleaned well. The guys on the door were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were good value for money.

Cons:

Reception staff weren’t as friendly- not all just some when we had questions. Prices of minibar and food in restaurants was expensive so we ate out other than the breakfast.

Niet tevreden, sterk verouderd, veel te duur voor wat je krijgt.
Pros:

Het personeel, eigenlijk vooral Amjeel, was zo ontzettend vriendelijk. Hij heeft ervoor gezorgd dat mijn verblijf toch nog OK was.

Cons:

Ik had een non-smoking kamer geboekt, maar er was duidelijk in gerookt, het was echt heel erg goor. Na met de receptie gesproken te hebben zouden ze housekeeping sturen. De oplossing was om luchtverfrisser in de kamer te zetten. Dat is toch geen oplossing???! Nadat ik nog een keer naar de receptie was gegaan, er stond nu iemand anders, werd ik beter geholpen en kreeg ik een nieuwe kamer. Hier was duidelijk niet in gerookt dus dat was heel erg fijn. Hier zat wel een soort groene noodverlichting in die zo fel was ‘s nachts dat ik alsnog niet goed kon slapen, net al dat je alle geluiden buiten de kamer heel erg goed kon horen.
Het hele hotel was sterk verouderd, ik snap niet hoe dit een 4 sterren hotel is.

Pros:

Balwinder, he is the key person that made my stay memorable. At the arrival he called directly with my name. Second day when he understood I have a headache, immediately found me a painkiller.

Reception team was amazing too.

Central, affordable, clean

Parking is extra but at the city centre, it is understandable
