What a spread!

Amazing staff with a smile
Pros:

The entire staff is nothing less than perfect. The restaurant for breakfast was fully packed, still the staff was looking after each and every customer with a smile. Big shoutout for Saniya, Reddy and each one of the staff present there. Everyone was working with smile.

An Exceptional Family Stay with Outstanding Service!
Pros:

We recently had a wonderful family trip to Hyderabad and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Hyderabad. Our beautifully renovated studio was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making the stay incredibly relaxing.

The dining options were a major highlight. We absolutely loved Zega, returning multiple times due to the excellent food and atmosphere. Feast and Link Café were also fantastic; breakfast each morning was top-notch, and Link Café consistently served great food and drinks throughout the day.

Beyond the excellent local and Western culinary variety, the hospitality was truly world-class. The spa experience was the perfect antidote to long hours of sightseeing, the laundry service was prompt and high-quality, and guest services were incredibly efficient. The property itself also felt very safe, secure, and luxurious.

I recommend Fiesta Sheraton
Pros:

Baatu teja , Priti , pankaj took very good care of dining experience at Fiesta Sheraton, the buffet was good , inclusive of south north continental , ambience also is good. Buffet didn’t had kids specific menu so they took extra care and prepared fries and provided it as complimentary.

Had an excellent time in Sheraton Hyderabad. It was really great! Food is authentic with great taste.The inhouse restaurant staff( Pankaj, Nagaraju, Arjun) attended everyone with care and attention.!

It was disappointing
Pros:

The size of the apartment that we got on the second try was good but service was not what's expected out of a 5 star hotel. Food quality and taste were also average. The apartment that we were living in was spacious

Cons:

Attention to details was missing. used plates took time to be cleared from the table. food came out cold and reminders had to be given for the food. We had booked an apartment with a twin bed and a double bed. The first apartment we checked in had a double bed and a single bed. We had to get it changed and the next apartment had a leaking bathroom, broken showerhead and a broken toilet seat. Not expected from a Sheraton property.

Exceptional Stay at Sheraton Hyderabad — Feast Restaurant Shines
Pros:

II recently stayed at the Sheraton Hyderabad in Gachibowli, and the experience has been outstanding. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and genuinely welcoming — but what truly elevates the stay is the hospitality.

Feast Restaurant has been a highlight. The food is consistently delicious with plenty of variety, and every meal feels thoughtfully prepared. The service, though, is what makes it exceptional.

A special thanks to Vinay Reddy, Rakesh and Pankaj, who have been fantastic — attentive, friendly, and always making sure guests feel taken care of.
