Inconsistent - some parts and service were great and others were not (especially the club lounge)
Pros:

Location, breakfast and lunch, the cafe and the people that worked at the cafe in the lobby.

Cons:

It was too expensive for the inconsistent quality of service. The club lounge service was especially disappointing. No one would come to ask for your order - you have to seek people out and there weee more than enough staff.

Pros:

Location was good. Food was good.

Cons:

My booking included lunch+dinner+breakfast but upon checkin, the hotel said I am only eligible for breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner.
Room was not cleaned at all there were previous occupant's things there, the bathroom had stains and not clean. Towels/napkins were not replaced. No refreshments in the fridge in the room, no kettle.
No rules being followed for swimming pool, no one was taking a pre pool shower. No swimming costume was being imposed.

The breakfast buffet was great, the pool is nice, great service

Cons:

The bathrooms didn't have a lock!? Very surprised, the water for the bathtub was not clean

Pros:

Food is Good overall. But some items can be made little spicy. Would be great if you can add more sea food items. Teja is very professional and polite.

Great hotel and great staff
Pros:

I usually stay in this hotel whenever I visit Hyderabad . The hotel is clean the staffs are friendly and they identify their usual guest also. Also their room service is prompt and fast and also the staff are courtesies and would also like mention few great people from this hotel Vamshi from room service Anwar from front office Krishna from concierge
