It was disappointing
Pros:

The size of the apartment that we got on the second try was good but service was not what's expected out of a 5 star hotel. Food quality and taste were also average. The apartment that we were living in was spacious

Cons:

Attention to details was missing. used plates took time to be cleared from the table. food came out cold and reminders had to be given for the food. We had booked an apartment with a twin bed and a double bed. The first apartment we checked in had a double bed and a single bed. We had to get it changed and the next apartment had a leaking bathroom, broken showerhead and a broken toilet seat. Not expected from a Sheraton property.

Exceptional Stay at Sheraton Hyderabad — Feast Restaurant Shines
Pros:

II recently stayed at the Sheraton Hyderabad in Gachibowli, and the experience has been outstanding. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and genuinely welcoming — but what truly elevates the stay is the hospitality.

Feast Restaurant has been a highlight. The food is consistently delicious with plenty of variety, and every meal feels thoughtfully prepared. The service, though, is what makes it exceptional.

A special thanks to Vinay Reddy, Rakesh and Pankaj, who have been fantastic — attentive, friendly, and always making sure guests feel taken care of.

Apartment concept is good. Apartment itself was good too.

Cons:

The hospitality team can be improved, people were not so friendly and helpful. No cutlery in rooms and multiple reminders were needed to get them

Pros:

The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. The location also is excellent. If you need to be in the financial district or if you need to visit the US consulate.

Cons:

For the price that I paid for two nights and the fact that this is a five star hotel, I felt the service was quite poor. My room was not cleaned in spite me requesting it specifically when I was stepping out for a while. Also, the food was quite bad. I did not enjoy the breakfast bread, and also I had ordered a Caesar salad for dinner, in which the chicken tasted off. Further more they have closed down the pool for a month, and I was not given any such update while booking.

Home away from home
Pros:

The hotel is lovely, modern with beautiful cultural amenities that for sure represent the beauty of India and uniqueness of Hyderabad. Rakesh thoughtfulness and extra special care on our first night arrival was a standout. His hospitality and graciousness was special.

Disappointed!
Pros:

Day1 breakfast was good,however second day breakfast average in terms of food quality, Service was fine.
Hk team was also very polite

Cons:

Front office staffs has very bad attitude,GR manager met after i did my checkout ,was in the property for 2 days never bother ...this is not a marriott hotel except night shift duty manager who responded properly.

I fall sick bcoz of broken shower.bad cleanliness in terms of restroom

Pros:

I’ve been staying at Sheraton Hyderabad for over 45 days this year, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. After a smooth check-in, I was given a room quickly, but the AC was not working. Once I was moved to a new room, I tried calling IRD and guest services multiple times—over 6 minutes—but no one answered. I had to go to the reception more than three times just to get a response. After that, I placed a food order, but the dish arrived incorrect. Then, at midnight, I ordered again, and the food took an unacceptable 1.5 hours to arrive. This has happened repeatedly, and I’ve never seen improvement, though there were minor issues before mistakes do happen so I never wanted to write a review about that ,I hope they can address atleast now these ongoing service issues, as this was a far cry from the reliability I once expected
