The location, the facilities and the staff and are amazing
The apartment living room we had felt a little cramped but nevertheless good
We had a two night stay at the Sheraton Hyderabad as a stopover on our way home from Vietnam. It was an unexpected detour due to the issues in the Middle East and happened to fall over my birthday and my husband’s birthday!
The staff were absolutely fantastic- i cannot praise them highly enough for their professionalism, warmth, kindness and assistance. From impromptu birthday cakes and gifts to organising a driver for a whistle stop look around Hyderabad they had it all covered for us and delivered with the warmest welcome. Special mention must go to Varma,Nikhil and Priyanjali for going the extra miles and being so so so welcoming.
We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and both were superb with lots of choices, something for everyone.
Our room was one of the apartments and was modern, spotless and had everything you could possibly want!
The location, in the new town/ financial area, is great.
If you are heading to Hyderabad for business or pleasure this is an ideal hotel.
Chef Athi Lakshmi made really great food, especially Kovil Puliyodhara

Excellent experience! Wonderful and warm hospitality from front desk staff, and Feast restaurant staff. Would like to recognize these wonderful Feast restaurant crew members: Kushal, Pankaj, Nagaraju, Vinay, Rakash, Shamim, and Ramaswar. Also from front desk, Anwar and Kishore.
Excellent cleaning crew. Always cleaned the room and left it spotless.
The Feast restaurant food was great as well.

Shankar at the Sheraton Hyderabad fitness center is an absolute gem, a seasoned trainer whose patience and expertise make every session feel perfectly tailored to you. He takes you through a thoughtful full-body workout, from a proper warm-up through upper and lower body strength training, leaving you energized rather than exhausted. Warm, courteous, and incredibly easy to work with, a morning session with Shankar is the perfect way to reset before a hectic business day, highly recommend!
Staff are very attentive. You are always welcomed when entering lobby and restaurant. The concierge team are very helpful and make arranging travel around the city very easy.
The buffet food is wonderful, lots of choices for both India and western cuisine.
Good experience, comfortable stay. Rutuja front desk manager and the room cleaner Rahul Bhagat were extremely cooperative and helpful.
I had great experience with Shankar today. I’m recovering from cervical issues. He helped me for an hour on helping me build my upper body muscles with different variations especially on the form. He is super helpful and patient. I wish I can hire him as me personal trainer but unfortunately I don’t live here.
