Pros:

明洞駅から近く、移動も便利、買い物、ご飯にも全く困らなかった。
雑居ビルの7階に宿泊、階下はサムギョプサルやチキンのお店で夜遅くまで賑わっていてもまったく騒音は聞こえなかった。
カフェも隣にあるし、22時過ぎまでウロウロできて、買い物途中に荷物を置きに帰ってついでにトイレにもゆっくり行けて良かったです。
シャワーも水圧、温度も問題なく便座も暖かかった。
部屋の温度も床暖も問題なく快適でした。あと、秤が置いてあってスーツケースの重さチェックができるのはとても重宝しました。

Cons:

3泊して一度もホテルの人に会わなかった。チェックインはホテル内にあるマッサージ屋のおばちゃんがしてくれた。カウンターに宿泊客のリストとキーが置きっぱなしで名前を言って受け取り部屋に案内をしてくれる。セキュリティは無しに等しいので、気になる人は避けたほうが良いかも。周りの音はしなくて快適だったけど、部屋のドアが重めで開閉時の音が響く。自分は手で押さえて気をつけていたが、気にしない人はバンバン開閉する。早朝5時すぎから6時くらいまでなぜか10回以上で入りする人がいて眠れなくなった。ドアのところに注意事項として記載するなど注意喚起をしてもらいたいくらいひどかった。

Good stay in myeongdong
Pros:

I had a good stay at this hotel. It is literally on the night market but quiet inside. Very clean. The beds were firm, but I have slept on firmer. Good pressure and hot water. Coffee and drinking water provided

Cons:

Some guests were obnoxiously loud into the night, but it is not staff fault.

Perfect for a convenient stay
Pros:

good points - elevator, big room, has a cupboard for clothes, short food table like in d drama, clean bathroom, daily housekeeping, comfortable bed n pillows, heater and staff let me check in early. towel changes daily as well. oh! there is a bidet.

Cons:

just my regret - the housekeeper mistakenly took/throw my dried ready-to-eat food,thinking im done with it so i "missed" my sambal most of the days but it was my mistake not to keep it in the cupboard.

It was a nice stay for a group of 4 persons. We have made the most out of Myeongdong area.
Pros:

No free breakfast but the place is in the middle of Myeongdong so everything is accessible. There are lots of food choices available around the area.

Cons:

The use of the heater is a little bit confusing because there is one for the floor and one above. There were no instructions on how to use it so it would be better to ask assistance from the reception.

Fantastic Location, but Lacks Privacy and Modernity
Pros:

The location of this hotel is its strongest point; being right in the heart of Myeongdong means you are just steps away from the train station and surrounded by an incredible variety of good food and street snacks. For the price, it is a very reasonable choice, especially since finding affordable accommodation in such a central part of the city can be quite difficult.

Cons:

On the downside, the rooms are quite small and the decor feels old and dated. My main concern, however, was regarding privacy. We noticed that the staff or owner entered our room to clean without our consent or any prior notice. While we appreciate the effort to keep the room clean, we would have much preferred to be informed first before anyone entered our private space.

Estancia muy recomendable
Pros:

Era muy tranquilo a pesar de estar en el centro del movimiento… no se escuchaba la bulla de fuera. Todo limpio… se sentía muy confiable el lugar.
