Pros:

They have washlets in all the toilets so the bathroom and water pressure were really good. There's a rooftop cafe with cheap coffee, and the lounge has hot water and a microwave.

Cons:

It's pretty old and not the fanciest. It's not a hotel in the normal sense.

Posizione ottima! Al centro di Myeong-dong e vicinissima a fermate di metro e bus.
Nonostante la posizione la stanza era molto silenziosa.
Dimensioni giuste
A disposizione macchina del caffe e dispenser di acqua fresca, molto gradito!

Pros:

It was right in the center of everything, very easy to navigate between locations. The room was very clean. Specially I loved the bed. I would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Everything was super good, but just bath towel was missing, there was only hand towels. I managed, but for others it can be a problem. As it didn't bother me, I haven't told the owner. I am sure that they would arrange it right away if I asked. Also room was a bit small, but it was ok for me.

Cons:

Went early to put luggage but no one at counter and someone from the facial shop attended to us in a very rude manner as if we are asking for a favour.

Booked a family room and toilet was very run down with very dirty basin. They provide a big tube of toothpaste which are shared among guest who was even previously staying. Total out of hygiene.

Checked in again after our Busan trip and checked in to a newer family room but they told us the aircon was spoiled and used a portable one but seems forever is there and got to used a towel to covered up some expose area. The towel rack on top of the toilet bowl suddenly dropped on my child's head.

To use the washing machine and dryer we need to wait for the salon uder there who was also using and forever endless wait.

Solid value with a nice miniature outdoor space.
Pros:

The location is great for getting around the city as it's near a busy train station, and is also convenient for all kinds of shopping as it's surrounded by department stores, restaurants, cosmetics chains, etc. The staff was accommodating and helpful with any issues we had. Everything worked and was clean.

Cons:

Our room didn't have a window, which probably would have been much worse for us if we were recovering from jetlag. Unfortunately the hotel didn't provide us any full-size towels, and so after showering we were left to dry off with a bunch of small towels.

Pros:

Единственный плюс это Район отеля и близость к остановке

Cons:

Единственный плюс этого отеля — расположение. Он находится в районе Мёндон и рядом с остановками транспорта, что действительно удобно. Начитавших положительных отзывов - решила что будет нормально!

Но сожалению, на этом достоинства заканчиваются.

В номере постоянно стоял сильный запах канализации. Сам отель расположен в неприятном месте, выход фактически на как на мусорку, что создаёт крайне неуютное впечатление.

При заселении постельное бельё выглядело так, будто его не меняли после предыдущих гостей: оно было сильно мятым и имело пятна. Когда я попросила заменить бельё, сотрудница отеля довольно грубо попросила меня покинуть номер и ждать в лобби, пока она будет этим заниматься.

Номер очень маленький. Также неприятно удивило отсутствие нормальных банных полотенец — предоставляются только маленькие полотенца, что крайне неудобно для проживания.

Чистота в целом оставляет желать лучшего. За свою цену этот отель не соответствует ожиданиям и не обеспечивает даже базового уровня комфорта.

К сожалению, я не могу рекомендовать этот отель.
