Temizlik ve oda hizmetleri yok sayılabilecek vaziyette , hatta direkt yok. Fiyat performans olarak çok kötü , sadece manzaraya para veriyorsunuz .

The apartment was spacious with a great view but the hotel is on top of a hill with limited shuttle bus service to the main shopping / eating centre. It cost a lot in taxis to go to and from the hotel. Wifi was also patchy. No blankets either. If food prices weren’t so high at the hotel you would be more inclined to eat thete

Check in was strange. The hotel seemed empty. We were upgraded to a “better room with a view, which on itself was spectacular but sadly did not made up for the state of the hotel. The room was clean but the bed and linens felt and looked dirty. The shower and bathroom was functional but it looked it hadn’t been upgraded in years. The price was very affordable, but is true: you get what you pay for.

Nous étions aller à l’hôtel pour une lune de miel avec mon mari et nous étions étonnée tout d’abord la chambre que nous avions choisi n’était pas la même, nous en avons fait part a Muhammet qui a fait le nécessaire afin que nous puissions changer de chambre le lendemain, même si que ce n’était toujours pas la chambre voulu je remercie Muhammet et Ece aussi qui nous a aidée pour les activités à faire sur place et qui nous a gérer les réservations. Je remercie énormément ces deux personnes. Niveau hôtel c’était noté 3 piscines, il n’y en avait qu’une seul qu’on partageais! Mais l’emplacement est très bien car vous êtes A 5mn de la plage. Nous avions pris avec déjeuner et repas. C’était bon mais sans plus car c’était pratiquement tjr les mêmes choses pendant une semaine.

Beautiful location. Our room was comfortable and lovely to stay in. Residents are generally family based so it was a family friendly stay. Would recommend for muslim women especially as there is a good amount of privacy and pool can be comfortably used also. Only issue we had was with reception desk staff- had to call the front desk 4 times for an iron which we never received and the man rudely even said "this is the fourth time you've asked". Had to go to front desk to request fresh towels and for the room to be tidied as the sign we left was also ignored.

L’hôtel ne ressemble pas du tout à ce qui a sur les photos il y a un manque d’hygiène dans la salle de bain il n y avait pas de tasse ni de verre pour boire de l eau j ai eu des gobelets en cartons la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très nous avons fait appel a la réception et le problème a été réglé dans la la demie heure ideal pour un ou deux jours max

Yeri ve manzara bakımından kaldığımız oda güzeldi fakat temizlik konusunda büyük sıkıntılar var. Banyomuzun temiz olmadığını birkaç kez söylememize rağmen temizlik görevlisi gelmedi. Jakuzi konusunda da hüsrana uğradık çalışmıyordu.
Kahvaltısı lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Balayı çift olduğumuzu belirtince ikramda bulunuldu. Bir gece kaldığımız için çok dert edinmedik ama tekrar gider miyiz bilemiyorum

Wir sind seid 2015 jedes Jahr in Fethiye / ölüdeniz aber dieses Jahr waren wir enttäuscht.Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Hotel. Hatten gebucht halb Pension. Frühstück war alles in Ordnung jedoch das Abendessen bekommt man nicht mal normales Wasser. Komischer weise ist die Maschine defekt. Auf Ansprache ist es nicht in packet drine .
Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Lage nur gebucht .Die Zimmer sind aber schrecklich. Überall Schimmel die Wände sind nass . Die Tür zur Toilette defekt ging nicht richtig zu. Das Bett total ungemütlich. Nacht Kommode war defekt . Balkon Möbel gerissen.

Hotel is have very good atmosfer food we like this hotel and reception staf (Mertcan) very helpful thank you for everything Mertcan next year we come back this hotel thank you very much this is nice hotel man

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer. Das Essen war richtig schlecht, das „Gym“ ein Witz und das Personal war im Schnitt Anfang 20 und ungelernt. Maximal ein 2,5 bis 3 Sterne Hotel!

Pontos positivos: Vista e piscina maravilhosos, Bom Café da manhã

A melhorar: roupas penduradas nas varandas, alguns insetos no quarto , não havia opção de “A lá Carte” no jantar (somente buffet)

Kamer was op het eerste oog meteen al vies, er zaten letterlijk haren in mijn bed, op de muren van de badkamer echt overal. De shampoo en conditioner flesjes in de badkamer waren ook al half gebruikt en oud. Heb deze dingen al meerdere malen aangegeven maar er werd weinig aan gedaan. Kortom niet echt bepaald mijn beste verblijf.

The property was great, however the room we stayed in needs a bit of updating. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom door Squeaks so bad you had to leave it open because it would wake someone up. Other then that, the place was great and convenient to downtown. 3 pools we amazing and quiet.

Overall is a good hotel. Room (Tropical Deluxe Garden View Room) was very spacious which was good, but unfortunately I found 4 spiders in the room, and it didn’t seemed like cleaned at all. The bed as well was not really comfortable. Also the toiletries provided were old and it did not look good for a 4star hotel. Gym is very old too, machines and weights not in good condition. The only thing I really liked was the pool and the view from there. That’s about it.

Staff were very friendly, however, room was inadequate, service was poor, electrical faults, water faults - I wouldn’t class this as 4 star more like average 3stars - the view from the hotel was amazing - laundry service incompetent - personally wouldn’t stay here again
