Otelin girişi gizli depo gibi ve içeride yabancı uyruklu uyuyan bir personel var odalar gecekondu gibi temizlik yok berbat ötesi odaya girip tekrar geri çıktık ve konaklama yapmadık

Hotelin konumu çok güzel taksim meydanına 10 dk yürüme mesafesi. Oda daki tv çalışmıyordu ertesi gün de aynı sekildeydi, resepsiyonda yabancı uyruklu bir bayan bu konuda yardımcı olamadığı için özür niyetine son gün kahvaltı ikramında bulundu bu da bizi az da olsa memnun etti :) tekrar kalmayı düşünürum tabi ki tv çalışır ise...

A foto obviamente não corresponde ao quarto compartilhado. Por ser um valor muito barato entendemos que não é o melhor lugar, mas deveria ser no mínimo mais organizado e melhor. Faltou água por longo período quase todos os dias, ou seja, sem banho. Mesmo sendo barato o lugar deveria ser mais organizado. O recepcionista foi muito gentil, ajudou bastante, muito flexível, deixa tudo limpinho. Mas o hostel em si… nao sei como não cai na nossa cabeça. Ótimo atendimento, péssimo local.

スタッフの対応は良かったが、タクシム広場の駅から、急な坂、また、でこぼこの、石畳。歩きにくい、観光客は、不便過ぎる。キャリーバッグでは、泊まるのは困難すぎる、またエレベーターも無く、急な階段。手ぶらの方には、おすすめな宿泊施設です。

Hotel datato. Staff gentile ma non basta a compensare le notti in bianco dovute al rumore proveniente dall’interno dell’ hotel (sembravano cavalli impazziti per le scale) e dall’esterno ( persone che strillavano). Nessuna pulizia giornaliera.

Central location with clean rooms.
Pros:

Getting there was easy from the central square which is a public transit station and taxi hub. The only issue we had was we walked past the location because the signage was not too big.
The facility is in an older building so it is basic and rather dated but it is clean. The staff do a great job of maintaining it. No elevator either.
The location is great. Easy access to transit options, central to restaurants and things to do.
The 2 staff which we met were great. Friendly and helpful and someone was always nearby when we would leave or arrive.
Overall the hotel was nice.
The food stand across the road was excellent as well... Not part of the hotel but a nice option for a evening snack.

Pros:

First time in Istanbul and had a very great experience and one of the reason is the staff Elyas. Very accommodating ang the hotel is perfect for a 1st timer like me. Everything is accessible. I really recommend this place to all of my friends and colleagues. Thank you Elyas and La Bella.

Görevli Türkçe bilmiyor çok zor anlaştık. Odanın penceresi havalandırmaya bakıyor ve oda aşırı rubetli. Gitmeden önce birkaç kez düşünün. Şampuan dahi verilmiyor. Otel mi apart mı belli değil.

I reserved a room on expedia i called them to cofirm and to inform them that i have a pet so they said that next day morning will call me to reconfirm due to my pet but they didn’t!
