Eher Apartment mit Self-Service als 4-⭐️-Hotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bett war bequem. Allerdings für uns kein 4-Sterne-Hotel, eher ein Apartment mit Self-Service.

Cons:

Reinigung nur alle drei Tage, kaum Service: Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Bademantel, Küchenutensilien, Hausschuhe etc. muss man sich selbst an der Rezeption holen, Müll selbst runter bringen. Bei der Küchenbox hat die Hälfte gefehlt. Die Sitzmöbel waren alle fleckig. Das Duschgel ging während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthaltes leer. Unterm Bett lag eine Silikonbrusteinlage und noch etwas nicht Identifizierbares vom Vor-(vorvor..?)gänger. Entsprechend umgründlich war die Reinigung. Staubige Ablagen etc. Ersatzkissen im Schrank hatte Haare. Beleuchtungskonzept schlecht. Bei Dunkelheit sieht man im Schrank nichts, die drei Spots über dem Bett strahlen direkt ins Gesicht, Schminkspiegel auch ohne Licht. Late-Check-Out nur mit Membership möglich.

Pros:

The location is good, in a new and (apparently) safe neighborhood. Free parking space (but maybe this is not always the case). Room was spacious, and the breakfast team was very friendly.

Cons:

We were not aware we would be charged 25 euros for our little dog. It's not a lot but nothing was especially prepared in the room for him, and the room obviously didn't need an extra cleaning after we left. Also, even if we paid for two persons, we only had one towel in the bathroom. It was too late to request one when we noticed. Small detail, but "a bit cheap" from the hotel. Same with empty shower gel.
