Mystery stains but convenient location.

Cons:

Dirty, mystery stains, shower was grimey and limited toiletries. Lighting was bad and broken, shower heads didn't work properly, toilet had mystery drain smell. Air condition unit was fine but was really dusty inside.

We had a good stay. The hotel facilities are quite decent and location is almost ideal.
Pros:

Location was good. Near MRT and bus stop.

Cons:

Housekeeping is not that great. Small amenities are not given much attention.
