Simple, bien et pratique
Pros:

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour une étape rapide en direction de Koh Samet. Chambre simple avec A/C et propre. Nuit calme. À quelques minutes à pieds des quais d’embarquement pour Koh Samet.

Nice place.
Pros:

Very conveniently situated near to all the ferry piers to Koh Samet but set back from the road in pleasant gardens. Very nice room, big, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Pros:

The staff is spending a lot of time ( all day ) to sweep up the leaves in the garden but they neglect the rooms ! The tv table is falling apart, very little old refrigerator and the stand is all rotten and the refrigerator is not stable.
Open electric in the bathroom, coffee table by the entrance is damaged, the the hard plastic cover on the edges are separated ( hurt my leg ).
The bed sitting on a wooden platform and the platform is full with ants, very hard to sleep while millions of tiny ants.
No filling up with water ( any other hotel you get 2 bottles of water every day )
The air conditioner only works while you are in the room, need the key ( really stupid ) so if you out all day and you lock your door expect at least 40 C when you are coming back and takes at least 5 hours for the room to start to cool down.
They have a restaurant in the front, quite good but the same guys will try to sell you quick street food at night and they advertise for 60 baht but when you choose your option of food and order they will tell you that the food cost 100 baht. I showed them the sign that say 60 baht for all of the food on the picture. They say that only one of them is 60 baht. So be careful with those guys.

The garden is beautiful but as I wrote they are sweeping up every single leave ( would be nicer and more natural with some leaves on the mark, not only with the concrete walkway.

it is fine to stay 1 or 2 nights. But no bed cover and no fridge brings the grade down.
