The property manager never spoke to me physically in regards to my room, not being available when I reached out to the third-party to get in contact with the hotel manager, they still was not able to get in touch with the hotel manager in regards to my day

Vores hotel værelser manglede begge håndklæder, værelserne var ikke klar da vi kom efter check-in tid, og begge toiletter virkede om and off, og lækkede vand.


Sengene var dejlige store, og behagelige at sove i.

To much deferred maintenance. Clean but needs some maintenance and upgrades. Would not give us a second key to room. Key needs to be in room to keep AC on. No power outlets in bathroom or near bed.

Plenty of staff keeping the property clean but very little maintenance being done. Great location. Food is OK.

An amazing setting, lovely staff, comfortable bed, food is good. The price is very good for accommodation and breakfast included.
It is a little run down but clean.

We had a booking at this hotel for our tour to Komodo Island, sadly our tour and our flights were cancelled due to a volcano eruption in Flores and we couldn’t make it, we tried talking to the hotel and they were extremely closed to helping or refunding our money even though it was definitely not our choice, so I am a bit biased as to my review and their terrible policies and customer service.

The view outstanding, pools beautiful, ocean and snorkeling fantastic. Bed was comfortable, limited food at restaurant. Have a fridge in the room, stock up on drinks in your room.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is located further from the city center, so transportation costs can add up if you're on a budget and don’t have a car. The lobby is open air without A/C, which might matter to some. We had an issue with our room's card reader, and after maintenance couldn’t fix it, we were moved to another room. The room was standard, but the A/C wasn’t on upon arrival, which could be uncomfortable during hotter months.

While the view was great—overlooking the water with beautiful sunsets—there were some issues. The baseboards were extremely dirty and noticeable. The shower had no barrier, so water leaked into the toilet area. The restaurant was nice, the property was large, and the breakfast buffet was decent. They also provided a to-go breakfast box for our Komodo Island tour, which was a nice touch.

For $56, it wasn't bad, but if you're on a budget, there are probably better options closer to the city center.

The level of facilities and service is insufficient. The rooms are old, bad smelling of sewage in the toilet, they “ran out” of beach towels at 17:00, they “ran out” of room keys so they couldn’t make a spare one, the bar does not make cocktails, breakfast was bad (stale food at 7:00 when it opens). Avoid, if possible.
On the positive side, location. Sunset on the bay is always magical.

We loved the location being close to the airport and to the town. Our room was right on the beach which was beautiful. The sunsets were amazing here. However, we were disappointed with the resort restaurant, the food options were very limited and there were no cocktails, only beer and one type of cooler. There were very nice restaurants we could walk along the beach to or taxi to which we did instead.

The room was very smelly Especially the bathroom. There was no hot water for the three days that I was there. Nobody answered the phone at reception For repairs for room service. Only one couple appeared to get service from the restaurant on the beach. Peach was ok , but there was quite a litter.

Property is nice looking outside but my room is not well maintained. Safe is not working, when opened there are old phones, trash and tv remote control inside. They just give you 1 key and once you go out power is out, even accidental, you have to get somebody to open the door. The staff are courteous and helpful.

Lousy, dirty, mosquito, cockroaches, towels ran out, lousy food

Read this til the end. When we arrived the AC was off, which is normal. We arrived at 6pm and turned AC on. It never cooled off. We sweat all night long. The next day when we came back after our all day tour, they had turned our AC off. We asked for a new room after they sent engineering to come check the AC. The next room was better. The last night we moved to a villa that was very cooled off and nice. We only got to stay in a cold room for one night out of three. They also argued with me about giving me a second key card to our room. Because we weren’t given a second key. The only key we had had to stay in a slot for electric to the room. When you pulled it out, the AC turned off. I said I needed a key so we could go to the restaurant and return to our room. He told me I could go to the restaurant and my husband could let me back in. I said no, we wanted to go eat dinner together. Who would let us back in? They followed me to my room and said “where is your husband” and I said he was in the room, the front desk man barged into our room and walked to the bed to argue with my husband about me wanting a second room key. What if he hadn’t been decently clothed? This hotel was a horrible experience.

Nice hotel by a very nice and quiet beach good for swimming. Two pools bungalow style rooms. A bit difficult to get transportation to and from downtown in the evening. The bathroom smelled bad.

Very friendly staff, and a great location on the beach! Love the cats on the property!
