Pros:

Totally different another hotel but next to the shown one. The physical conditions are poor and very intense cigarette smoke prevails in the room.

Pros:

Our room smelled strongly of smoke. We didn't request to transfer because we are only there for 2 nights. The refrigerator is also not working. The door has been hanging and it is turned off. The staff was nice though and accomodating.

Der Service und die Gastfreundlichkeit sind überragend. Vor allem sind wir von der Sauberkeit beeindruckt. Jedes Mal, wenn wir abends nach dem Stadtbummeln zurückkamen, hatten wir das Gefühl neu einzuchecken, da es so sauber gemacht wird. Wir werden erneut diese Unterkunft buchen!

The door handle was broken and the tiles were free with the underfloor expose. I don’t know the whole hotel is like this or they just chose to do give me this?

Überhaupt nicht wie auf den Bildern. Habe die Bewertungen nicht angeschaut, daher ganz klar mein Fehler. Würde niemals wieder ein Zimmer nehmen.

Klozet kapağı kırıktı.
Whirlpool’un suyu tıkamak için olan kısmı kırılmıştı, söylememize rağmen yedeği getirilmedi.

Gece 23:00’te gelmemize rağmen oda hazır değildi. Hatta, ücret farkı ile başka oda önerildi. Oda oldukça basık ve yataklarda battaniye yoktu. Odanın temizliği iyiydi, araba için park sıkıntısı yaşamadık.

Rezervasyonumdan bir gece once onaylayamayacaklarini soylediler, araya hotels.com girince bizi magdur etmemek icin(!) Yer ayirdiklarini belirttiler. Odalar kesinlikle fotograflardaki gibi degil. Otoparki yok, arabanizi sokagin karsisina cekmek icin vale hizmetleri var. Mutfak gerecleri pislik icinde; her gerec istediginizde surat asan bir personel.. Umraniye nish kesinlikle cok daha iyi yonetiliyor.

beklenti yüksek olmasın. Odalar sigara kokuyor. oda anahtarı kapıyı açmiyor. her seferinde resepsiyon dan yardım istedim. Check out için biraz daha zaman talep ettim ama müsait olmadıklarını söylediler. oda temizliği iyi.

Pros:

Very new building (2014 construction) therefore very neat and clean.
Though the access to the hotel is slopy the location is very good. With excellet bus, train and ferry connection. A family upto 3 people can stay comfortably.
