New Florenta Hotel

Ich hatte einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt im New Florenta Istanbul Hotel! Die Lage ist perfekt – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Hagia Sophia, die Blaue Moschee oder der Große Basar sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – egal ob es um Empfehlungen oder kleinere Anliegen ging.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat mir das bequeme Bett und die tägliche Reinigung. Das Frühstück war frisch, abwechslungsreich und typisch türkisch – genau richtig, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten.

Für den Preis bekommt man hier wirklich viel geboten. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der zentral, sauber und herzlich in Istanbul übernachten möchte.

Çarşı içinde gündüz çok kalabalık akşam fazla karanlik ve sessiz bunun haricinde her şey çok iyi. Problem yaşamazsınız.

I recently returned to New Florenta Hotel in Sultanahmet for a short work trip (1-3 February), and just like my previous visit, it was an absolute pleasure!

The room was spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly makes a difference.

Again, delicious traditional breakfast! ❤️

I fully recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for work or leisure, and I will certainly return again in the future!

We stayed in New Florenta Hotel for 5 nights.

The first impression was already excellent. While one receptionist greeted us by name, the other had already taken our luggage to the room.

The hotel staff in general is very friendly, helpful, fun, and eager to assist, making an effort to reduce unnecessary stress for tourists on vacation. The receptionists booked us an evening boat ride on the Bosphorus (including transportation to and from the hotel), advised us on how to reach the Asian side of Istanbul and what to see there and on our last day, they also arranged a taxi to the airport (for 4 people, the price was 35 euros, whereas elsewhere it was 50 euros).

The food (breakfast) was diverse and above all traditional. Coffee and tea were available every day as well. On our last evening, we were pleasantly surprised when a receptionist knocked on our door with a fruit platter in hand (they also take care of guests' health😉).

The hotel is very well-kept, modern, and the rooms are exceptionally clean, with daily bed making and towel changes. Given that the city's tap water is not drinkable, bottled water was always provided in our room.

The hotel also has its own "guard," who has his own little house in front of the hotel – a cat that you certainly won’t miss when you visit the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent. Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are in the immediate vicinity, as is the Grand Bazaar. There are also good tram connections (T1), which cross the Galata Bridge to the other side of the European part of the city.

Based on all this, we highly recommend the hotel, as the accommodation price is also very affordable and reasonable.

I have stayed here 3 days .. it was nice to stay cause staff were friendly and always give you hand when you need help like how you go attractions in city , organising city tour and airport transfer. Hotel center of city near train station must stayed if you wanna visit hagia Sofia , blue mosque and Topkapı palace ..

Kahvaltisi guzeldi ve temizdi . Tek sorun yazdiklari gibi park secenekleri yoktu magdur olduk . Arabam olmasa belki birdaha giderdim ama arabayla zor bir lokasyonda

The hotel is located in center of the city, most of the tourist attractions are at walking distance.
Grand bazaar, Blue mosque, Topkapi palace and Hagia Sophia are at walking distance
This hotel is not a luxury hotel, rooms are small and facility is congested because it is in the middle of old city
Only thing which bothered us most was very bad wifi connection in the room, we could not use internet inside the room for a single time in three day stay

“Great location but horrible condition ”
It’s in the perfect location and the staff are fantastic. But the hotel is in a really bad way. There’s smell of smoke everywhere. The rooms are really worn and so are the bathrooms. There’s lots of work going on so there’s always a truck parked outside blocking the entrance. Breakfast was ok but that’s about it. Avoid even if the price seems great.

We unfortunately stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. We booked 2 Deluxe doubles and from the pictures it looked very nice. How wrong were we!!! It appears the photos are taken of the bigger rooms which we did not get. Ours were an inside room that looked out over a very ugly and messy backyard with other older buildings. Our room was so small there was nowhere to put our suitcases. There was only one bedside table as there was no room for another one nor was there any extra furniture (table and chair) as shown in the photos. The room was very very tired, the smoke alarm was sellotaped to the ceiling so I doubt it would even work!! and the so called mini fridge was not working in either room. We complained a number of times to the males on the desk but they couldn't care less. There answer was "we full" which they were not. We did look at going elsewhere but as we had already prepaid, we didn't think a refund would be forthcoming. One thing it did have going for it was it was very close to all the main attractions. However there are alot more hotels you should consider first, This hotel is sold as executive/deluxe hotel it is more standard/budget. Be warned.

Florenta Hotel is in the perfect location for an easy walk to many of Istanbul’s main attractions. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The included breakfast is fresh with lots of options. The hotel is very worn so don’t expect too much. You get what you pay for in this price range in such an amazing location.

I love the fact that they don't throw food away but feed the seagulls on the rooftop. Hasan ensures they are fed on time. The hotel halfway from the Bospherous area and only 900 from from the Blue Mosque.
Located in the exclusive area amongst the gold shops. Great place.

The hotel is in the middle of everything .10 minutes away from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia , 5 minutes from Grand Bazar .The rooms are very small with small uncomfortable beds. Horrible views on the back. The rooms need big upgrades. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

This is a small hotel in the Sultanamet area and is within walking distance of all the major sites in the city. It is also near one of the tram lines. The hotel is in the garment and gold area of the city. The roads are narrow and congested with traffic but it is easy to walk around…though there are some steep hills. The hotel itself is what was expected for the money. It is scuffed in places because it is always busy but it is clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was made up and bathroom towels etc changed daily. The staff were all helpful and friendly and reception will book some tours and taxis. Hasan in the breakfast room is cheerful and kind. There is a great variety of food for breakfast so there is no chance of being hungry. The breakfast room remains open all day and well into the night for a variety of hot and cold drinks from machines. As for noise…the room overlooked some of the backs of the garment shops…perhaps items are made there but they were all closed up at night. A room at the front might be more noisy as businesses may open early. Overall a good experience for a visit to this great city.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
In this hotel, we got the worst experience ever. For starters, the room looks nothing like it does in the images. I reserved a "Superior Double Room with Balcony". In reality, we were given a considerably smaller room with no balcony and a rather frightening view of the back of some industrial building. It looked exactly like a scene from a horror film. The room was also extremely noisy. We could hear everything from the outside as well as the other rooms. We couldn't sleep at all on the first night.
When my boyfriend and I complained about it, the staff said they couldn't help us and told us to find another hotel. That was not an apology in any way. They treated us as if we were nothing. A dreadful service. We felt belittled and mistreated. We could tell they didn't care from their body language. The second major letdown was the breakfast. It was poorly supplied, and there were no options. The food given for breakfast was of the poorest quality. We were shocked by such inconsiderate treatment.
The hotel is close to the main sightseeing areas such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Basilic Cistern, however it is located in a very sketchy and unclean area with limited access to cars/minibuses, making it difficult for tours to pick us up. Third, the staff was useless, making no effort to accommodate us or listen to our concerns.
I'm not sure why they have an 8.0 reviews on booking.com considering there is nothing excellent about this hotel. This is a scam. We never made a complaint about a hotel like this. This only shows our disappointment.

1-is too much !
The worst experience ever ! Dirty everywhere ! Towels - If you want to use think twice ! Furniture - old & not cleaned ! Staff - they want but without results ! No reaction from their sides . Cigarette smell in the lobby. No parking place , customer service level - not existing . Confidentiality non existing , you will be monitories and what it more than hilarious is that in reception is a screen with the image of what tourist are doing in their rooms !

Florenta Hotel was in the heart of Istanbul, near the Grand Baazar and other main attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Hassan, Yaseen and Sergei. The food was delicious and unique. The room was a bit conjusted, and Wi-Fi was a quite problematic. Overall, it was a good stay. 👏🏼

Centrally located very close to SultanAhmet Metro Station, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Musuem. Small but comfy rooms. Value for money. Good choice if you want to be close to historical places. Several options for restaurants nearby but very expensive
