It was a good hotel ,clean and comfortable
Pros:

Located in clean and modern area
3 malls nearby and a lot of coffee shops and restaurants within a walking distance

Cons:

They gave us a small room although we booked a superior room it looks like a basic room and they didn’t change it they asked us to pay more to upgrade it the staff was not friendly and we were upset with his attitude otherwise the rest staff where friendly and respectful

Very helpful staff!
Pros:

The staff go over and beyond to help. We had checked out and got soaked from a rainstorm, they offered us to use the changing rooms in the spa area, we dried up and changed our clothes. The staff is also very supportive with useful advice, I wanted to leave to the airport at a certain time, luckily I listened to the VERY valuable advice from the young man (the concierge) who advised I should account for at least 2.5 hours due to the rain storm. I just made it on time for check in thanks to him.

Overall, the stay was good and I would consider staying at the Delta again.
Pros:

Location was good very close to the Metro. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

There was really nothing not to like except I would have liked a little more restaurant to choose from near the hotel.

Great place in my fave Levent
Pros:

Honestly I think what I liked the most was the staff. They were so polite and helpful. The location is amazing and my personal favorite place in Istanbul.
Breakfast was amazing, very rich.

Cons:

I didn’t like that bathrooms were kind of moldy in such a luxurious place. Cleanliness could be improved.
