Comfortable mattress, free movie channels in English; good breakfast and room service; interesting decor comemmorating mountaineers

We paid around 240 pounds for 3 nights: a very high price for an average hotel in Delhi in my opinion. The hotel might have been a good one a few years ago, we saw that it had won several prices where the latest one was dated back to 2015. Unfortunately in 2025 thia hotel cannot be classified as a 3 star hotel. The rooms were dirty and we didn't dare to walk around barefoot but used flipflops during the whole stay. The sheets and towels were outdated and gave a sense that they weren't clean. They didn't clean our room for the first 2 days and when we asked the manager by the reception he told us it was because we didn't give them the key in the morning. This information was not given to us when we checked in.
The windows/walls aren't soundproofed so you can hear the traffic/noise the whole night.
The only good thing is that on request they washed some of our clothes for only 3 pounds.

I wondered why the room doors were all open for occupants to arrive. Then i discovered the truth 12 hours later when everything felt damp in the room. No HVAC, a need for wall paint, and some potpourri would make the place better. Oh, and the inconsistent shower…unless you like scorching hot and then sputtering cold spots. Nice staff, close to the metro, and they did hell with all of my taxi and laundry services.

Close to Kailash colony metro station.

Very close to metro and shopping. Most of the touristy area is just a train ride away. Breakfast is decent and filling. Staff addresses issues immediately. They are renovating
and adding Lift/elevator so it's very nosiy from about noon till 5:00 pm. Plan on staying away from premises during that time.

House keeping needs improvement.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Good location for access to Metro. Good facilities and coffee shop attached a great extra.

The very modest outside of the property does not translate into how nice and well-maintained. It is on the inside.
The hotel is very modestly priced and worth the money
Hotel is located about a five minute walk from the Kailash colony Metro Station on the violet line of the metro. Area around the hotel is safe even at night but it's the proximity to the metro which to me was the big selling point

They seem to be in the process of renovating all the rooms in the hotel. Mine was very nice with a comfortable bed and very modern fixtures. The view from the window was not special, best to keep the curtains closed.

The staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to my requests. Breakfast was filling and available from 8 AM to 10 AM. They also prepared meals from a menu at very modest prices.

For the price and location I would highly recommend the hotel

Liked the area where located. LIked the climbing theme.
They had water leak and it was difficult to work with them when we had tours during the day and night and they wanted to move our luggage to another less than desirable hotel. One staff member was not helpful.

The location of room allotted was bad, next to reception entrance. I requested for silent zone. This was noisy. The TV channels were recharged after our request. Wash basin was leaking and its position was congested. No mirror or dressing table in the room. Outside and pathway used to be parked with all cars. Nearby no good restaurants. Service boys were very pleasant and helpful. Food served was medium. We appreciate the mountaineering related photographs on display.
