Alba Hotel

Die Umgebung des Hotels liegt gut bis in 2 min zu Fuß in taxim.Leider muss ich ihnen mitteilen das Personal schrecklich war.Die Bettdecken wurden nicht erneuert,die Handtücher auch nicht es wurd in den 5 Tagen die ich da war, nichts im Zimmer getan das war eine Frechheit.Sehr oft Probleme gehabt ins Hotel Zimmer reinzukommen da die Zimmer Karte nicht richtig Funktionfähig.Deshalb bewerte ich das Hotel mit soliden 2 Sternen und dies nur wegen der Lage des Hotels

Eigentlich soweit war i.O. Aber der Mitarbeiter sieht man kaum.

Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Bilder sprechen nicht der Wahrheit.
Es ist sehr dreckig und schimmel im Bad und im Zimmer. Fenster sind nicht dicht, Heizungen waren kaputt man konnte diese nie ausmachen, es lief durchaus die ganze zeit.
Bettwäsche hatten Flecken, Boden war staubig und mit Haaren. Matratzen und Kissen extrem hart.
Handtücher werden während des Aufenthalts nicht gewechselt und das Zimmer wird auch nicht gereinigt.
Sehr junges uninteressiertes Personal. Geben keinerlei auf Reklamationen acht.
Keine direkte Rezeption vorhanden, kein Lobby vorhanden. Lift befindet sich erst ab dem 1. Stockwerk.
Sehr laute Gegend, sehr zentral das ist das einzig gute jedoch befindet sich hinter und neben dem Gebäude 2 clubs eie bis 5 uhr in der früh musik machen, keine Möglichleit zum Schlafen.

L’hotel est situé dans un secteur hyper touristique et bruyant jusqu’à 5/6h du matin ,entouré de club avec musique forte et voiture qui passe avec musique a fond,
Les fenêtres isole pas complètement dommage ,
Le personnel d’accueil est très sympathique.

We had great stay at this property. The room was clean and we were able to get HSKP service.The staff were very kind and professional .We will definitely stay again.

Overall is not bad but the toilet cover was broken. We them to fix it. It took them long time still didn’t fix.
Room were so clean and big customer service was good overall not bad, recommend. 👍

Das Servicepersonal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein paar Mangel was Sauberkeit betrifft weil in unseren Besteck Laden einfach Knoblauch lag aber sonst könnte ich mich nicht beschweren. Die Lage ist wirklich top, das einzige Problem ist das die Straße nie schläft also ständiger Lärm sollte für einem kein Problem sein wenn man hier bleiben möchte. Aber was die Möglichkeiten an Essen in der Umgebung betrifft ist nichts zu bemängeln.

Excellent location and customer service. Great rooms

Due to a power cut in a previous apartment we booked Alba Hotel on one evening for immediate check in which went really smooth. Host was welcoming and helped take the luggage up the stairs.

Helped us get taxis in a city that is notorious for conning tourists which we appreciated.

The guys working there have excellent english so there was never a language barrier which is rare in Turkey as not many can speak English.

Only downside was the second night where the neighbour was doing construction work at 9am which disturbed my sleep and it gets quite noisy at night due to the nightlife being off Istiklal Street. But other than that I would recommend staying here and location is great as you can easily get food upto 5am the next morning so you won't stay hungry for too long!

Отличный номер , супер матрас. Единственное надо бы окна подделать плохо закрываются. А так советую и кухня и в ванной напор волы и лифт и хороший чувак на ресепшн .

It’s a really nice hotel bathroom was good reception staff were friendly. Air con works well in the room. tV was terrible but honestly who needs a TV in another country. I would be careful booking if you need access to the lift as it’s very small and we hardly used it but what we needed was amazing. It is situated in an ally but literally just off the main centre so location was amazing tbh it’s it sounds bad but really isn’t apart from prositutes at night so wouldn’t recomend hotel if you got kids staying with you too.
