Pros:

the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big and very clean

Cons:

the front desk lady was so rude to me and because of some misunderstanding she started to yell at me it was so unprofessional and rude
of course in the end she spoked with the supervisor and apologized to me but it was to late

Pros:

Lovely location and lovely staff. Local language seemed to be German but the staff either spoke brilliant English or had the patience to work with us to get past any language barriers.

Cons:

Very minor but travelling as friends, we did have the odd experience of having a window into the shower that couldn't be blocked off.

Sehr schönes, stylisches und neues Hotel mit toller Lage am Ende des Gsieser-Tals.
Service-Personal in allen Bereichen (Empfang, Restaurant, Bar, etc.) war super.
Das Essen von der Frühstücksauswahl über den Nachmittags-Snack bis hin zum 6-Gänge Abendessen waren immer tip top!
Schöner angenehmer Wellnessbereich.
