Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal, die durch einen ungeklärten Sicherheitsvorfall und zusätzliche Parkge
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und alles wurde uns bei der Ankunft Schritt für Schritt erklärt. Besonders positiv ist uns die Sauberkeit aufgefallen – sowohl der Eingangsbereich als auch das Zimmer waren stets sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Cons:

Positiv war die Unterkunft insgesamt, wir fanden es außerdem schade, dass für den Parkplatz zusätzliche Kosten von 10 € pro Tag anfielen. Zwar war dies in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft angegeben, dennoch empfanden wir die Gebühr angesichts des bereits hohen Übernachtungspreises als recht hoch.

Noch schwerwiegender war ein Vorfall in der ersten Nacht: Eine männliche Person betrat unser Zimmer, ohne dass wir ein Klopfen gehört hatten. Wir erschraken sehr und riefen laut, worauf die Person lediglich „Oh, sorry“ sagte und wieder ging. Wir meldeten den Vorfall sofort an der Rezeption. Leider erhielten wir keine konkrete Rückmeldung, und auch bei späteren Nachfragen schien der Vorfall nicht weiter verfolgt worden zu sein. Bis zu unserer Abreise bekamen wir weder eine Erklärung noch wurde uns eine alternative Lösung, wie beispielsweise ein Zimmerwechsel, angeboten. Dadurch fühlten wir uns während des restlichen Aufenthalts leider nicht mehr vollständig sicher.

Außerdem war das Frühstück in unserem Aufenthalt inklusive. Da wir am Abreisetag sehr früh abreisen mussten und das Frühstück deshalb nicht nutzen konnten, hätten wir uns zumindest ein kleines Lunchpaket oder eine andere Alternative gewünscht. Leider wurde uns dies nicht angeboten.
Zusätzlich fanden wir es schade, dass der Safe im Zimmer nicht kostenlos zur Verfügung stand. In den meisten Hotels gehört dieser zur Standardausstattung. Hier musste man zunächst ein Pfand hinterlegen und zusätzlich eine tägliche Gebühr zahlen, um den Safe nutzen zu können. Das empfanden wir als unnötige Zusatzkosten.

Pros:

We found the beds to be very uncomfortable, and the kitchen facilities to be severely lacking. No sharp knives to even slice a tomato, no cloths or soap to wash dishes with.

A welcome of a few tea bags or coffee, salt and pepper would just add a nice touch.

A bit of a walk to the Bay, the pool facilities were great for children.

Pros:

Het appartement was heel ruim, elke dag schone handdoeken en opgemaakte bedden. 10 minuten op loopafstand van het centrum, bushalte 2 minuten lopen, supermarkt dichtbij, leuk rooftop zwembad ( adults only ). Het hotel organiseerde ook avonds wel eens een leuke show od waar wij ( geen kids ) geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt maar wat er wel gezellig uit zag.

Cons:

We hadden een appartement met zwembadzicht geboekt en deze waren volgeboekt. maar dit hebben ze wel mooi opgelost door ons een upgrade te geven en wij een veel ruimer appartement hebben gekregen

Siamo arrivati e la tv non funzionava, ci hanno comunicato che nel pomeriggio sarebbe arrivato un tecnico, che poi doveva arrivare il giorno dopo e così via. L’ultimo giorno ci hanno detto che la tv funzionava ma non era così. Alla nostra ennesima richiesta ci hanno confessato che non aveva mai funzionato. Servizio purtroppo pessimo.

Hôtel familial et très accueillant
Pros:

Appartement très spacieux avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, appréciable pour un voyage en famille. Cuisine bien équipée. Personnel vraiment adorable. Piscines très appréciées, notamment la pataugeoire pour les enfants. Parc avec balançoires et toboggan, c'est agréable et sécurisé que ce soit dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel.
Supermarché Mercadonna à deux pas où nous avons pu trouver des plats faciles à réchauffer pour notre dîner (paëlla, poulet etc...).
Petit-déjeuner sous forme de choix de 3 menus. On peut s'en lasser et surtout ce n'était pas adapté à nos enfants en bas âge, malheureusement plus habitué à des produits classiques et sucrés (céréales, confiture). Le personnel a cependant été aux petits soins et a pris note de nos commentaires. Ils travaillent sur l'idée d'un menu de petit-déjeuner spécial enfant.
L'emplacement est bien. Parking souterrain payant (10 euros / jour).
Literie peu confortable (sommier vieux et mou), c'est dommage car l'appartement était confortable en dehors de cela.
Au final nous avons été très contents de cet appart hôtel familial, à petite échelle avec un personnel adorable.

Cons:

Peu de variété pour le petit-déjeuner et surtout pas de proposition adaptée aux enfants en bas âge.
Literie à améliorer.

We had a lovely family holiday
Pros:

Apartment was a good size , shower was good and always hot water, staff were very helpful , good bar and food area , the adult only area on 5th floor has fab views over St Eulària. Good value for money .

Cons:

The beds were a bit hard and the kitchen area was a bit cramped it needs another surface area which is possible given the space . Make it an L shape space .

Pros:

Très bon séjour ! Établissement simple mais très propre, situé à seulement 15–20 minutes à pied du centre de Santa Eularia. Le personnel est sympathique et toujours disponible
