Wonderful Staff, Beautiful Place
Pros:

We had a rough weekend, things did not go as planned. However, our stay at this hotel was the best part of our weekend. The hotel itself is very beautiful and romantic. They accommodated us when our sitter couldn’t watch our kids anymore with absolutely no issues whatsoever. The staff at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming. I felt like I was up there ten times and they were wonderful each time.
They have a very large and fun pool area. They have a very cozy, welcoming fire place. The beach access looks amazing, I would love to visit during the summer season. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for being the kind and stable part of our chaotic weekend!

The beach and the hotel were great. We would stay here again

Nice location, good breakfast, pleasant staff, good beach
Pros:

Good location, nice beach, a few chairs & loungers available, towels and beach needs right there

Cons:

A bit run down, my room looked out on to an odd flat asphalt area like a flat roof. The big windows on the 3rd floor could see in my room

Everything.....we asked front desk for recommendation for wine tour, provided quality answers, beach clean, all staff friendly we had amazing time and this is 2nd yr choosing this hotel, will definitely use this hotel for next year or anytime we have opportunity to travel to Traverse City

Pros:

Staff was on top of the stocking and cleaning in the breakfast room. Hallways were clean and quiet, the beach front was clean and the chairs were clean and dry, Appreciated the early check in. Plenty of parking for all guests.

Cons:

There could have been more seating in the breakfast area. More information on parking and getting around downtown area would have been helpful. For example, what is within walking distance, what requires parking, is there a shuttle or trolly in the area...

We enjoyed ourselves very much
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room ( we got an upgrade at no charge) was very nice. The pool was as clean as any pool I've ever seen. The hot tub was hot and had very good jets.The breakfast turned out to be very good. It right on the beach, what more could you ask for?

Cons:

Very very minor. The shower had no place to set soap or shampoo down . The fan in the bathroom must have been broken
