Efficient front desk to get us a room fast to check in early. Lost my room card during check out, staff helpful assisted to extend. Housekeeping was helpful to get us ironing board and provide complimentary shoe polish, appreciate this gesture, thank you

トップレベルのホテルだけあって、施設等は問題なく快適でした。

Cons:

アメニティー関係はあまり良くなかった。五つ星ホテルのスイトルームとは不相応な安く感じるものを使用しているのはホテルにとってもったいないと思います。
