I loved everything about this hotel. It has a very luxurious feel. Staff were great. Room was amazing. We had the one with the huge bath - with a great view over the fountain roundabout.
Highlight for me was the pool. Really sunny. Lovely towels. Fabulous staff to serve us. Really 10 out of 10.
Breakfast was good. It would probably good if you put some coffee machines in as a thought.
Oh one downside, the coffee machine in our room was hopeless. No instructions and seemed very sporadic as to when it worked.
Would defo stay here again. Well done!

Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. The room was very nice and clean.
Kleiner Nachteil war der Strassenlärm. Besonders durch Motorräder.
A minor drawback was the road noise, especially from motorcycles.

Der Executive-Bereich beeindruckt nicht nur durch sein Personal, sondern auch durch die Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Speisen und guter Auswahl an Getränke. Die Öffnungszeit bis 20:30 ist außergewöhnlich.
The executive area impresses not only with its staff, but also with its selection of freshly prepared dishes and good range of drinks. The opening hours until 8:30 pm are exceptional.

We had a truly wonderful 1st Anniversary stay at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. The room was spotless, the location was excellent with direct access to Grand Indonesia Mall, and everything felt perfectly curated for a special occasion.
Special appreciation to Jihad, who arranged a room with a beautiful view and coordinated seamlessly across departments to deliver outstanding service. His attention to detail truly stood out. Thank you as well to Pak Rifno and the Concierge team for their attentive assistance throughout our stay.
Our gratitude also goes to Monica, Vita, and Sanj from the Lady in Red team for the beautiful room decoration that made our anniversary even more memorable. Anisa from the Executive Lounge provided warm, caring, and attentive service, making our time there very enjoyable.
A special thank you to Bu Yeni and the Signature team for delivering the lovely surprise during breakfast. The food and ambiance were excellent—especially the iconic Bubur Hotel Indonesia, which was a highlight.
