Great experience for family staycation

The best hotel if you want to experience the real Jakarta
Pros:

The breakfast spread is just to die for! Really good Indonesian food! The cheesecake at their bakery is the best! You wont need to eat lunch outside once you had their breakfast 10/10! The hotel is next to Grand Indo, central and easy to go to Blok M or other touristy areas even when it is macet!

Cons:

The AC was pretty slow when we arrived but a technician fixed it anyway. I didnt like the fact that I had to wake up from the comfy bed🤣 the best sleep ever!

SUPERB hotel with Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

One of my best stays in HI Jakarta and maybe ever, Rooms are very clean, the view from the room is fantastic, the hotel staff are super helpful, and the attached mall is the cherry on the cake, 1000 out of 10, will come back again soon

Five stars hotel
Pros:

The service at the Kempinski Hotel Jakarta was exceptional. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and polite across all areas, including the entrance, the lobby, the breakfast area (which offered a delicious selection of food), the swimming pool, and the executive lounge. I would like to give a special commendation to the executive lounge staff who were on duty during the evening cocktail on June 6, 2026, and breakfast on June 7, 2026.
Furthermore, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, the hotel thoughtfully provided us with beautiful room decorations. The room amenities were outstanding, complemented by a stunning view of the Bundaran Hotel Indonesia. My child thoroughly enjoyed the exceptionally spacious bathtub and the automated toilet. We will certainly choose to stay at this hotel again for our next vacation.
