Great place, very good and delicious breakfast and the staff were very hostile and polite. Would definetly recommend.
I have been coming here for a long time and I am always satisfied with this area. There are excellent opportunities for walking and shopping, and it can be a starting point for historical sightseeing....good place....the roof terrace is an excellent place for breakfast, lunch or dinner, but also just for a glass of beer.
Perhaps one thing that is less here compared to other hotels in the immediate vicinity is the breakfast selection.
If I look at the price and the service I received, it is absolutely fine. However, if you want six types of cold cuts, ham or bacon with your eggs, or 3 types of fruit juice...with five types of pastries.....don't have breakfast here.
This is just information, everything was fine for us.
As for the staff, the restaurant has excellent, friendly waiters. Ali is the boss at the reception..... He is a good guy. The young girl and the night man colleague couldn't believe that I had already paid for the stay in the morning, even the remaining part that Mr. Ali had released......If I won't even mention this little inconvenience..... So it was fine for me...

prenotata camera x tre deluxe . La porta non si chiudeva, quando è stato fatto notare ci hanno detto di uscire e che avrebbero risolto. al rientro la porta era chiusa e noi uscivamo da una camera comunicante. la camera non è mai stata rifatta ne pulita in 4 giorni. Le luci della camera non funzionavano ( ad eccezione della lampadina del comodino e del bagno) lo abbiamo fatto notare e chi è stato risposto che la lampadina del letto funzionava. Di conseguenza non era semplice ricaricare i telefoni . Non si accendeva la tv. Non funzionava il frigo bar. Una volta fatto un te non rifacendo le camere non ci sono tate lavate le tazze non è stato rimesso il te... c'era un forte odore di fogna. Abbiamo chiesto che ci cambiassero la camera e hanno detto che avevano solo doppie. ( l'hotel era vuoto quindi non era credibile) .La colazione inesistente. non commento i prodotti so che eravamo in turchia e non pretendevo una colazione all'occidentale , ma le mozzarelline gialle l'insalata del giorno prima , la torta sempre uguale in 4 giorni ( nel senso che era proprio la stessa) non erano accettabili. essendo poi solo noi come clienti gli ultimi due giorni non hanno neanche più preparato il buffet x la colazione. semplicemente ci portavano cose a loro discrezione sul tavolo senza chiedere nulla. Il personale della colazione che non parlava inglese ..... cigliegina sulla torta l'ultima notte hanno deciso di fare dei lavori all'ingresso e x TUTTA LA NOTTE hanno martellato e usato martello pneumatico. I lavori sono finiti alle 7 di mattina. quindi notte completamente insonne!! non era la prima volta per me a istanbul e rispetto

The hotel is in an excellent location in the old part of Istanbul. The breakfast was varied, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking.
However, the cleanliness is not at a satisfactory level. The room initially assigned to us was not suitable for staying with a small child. It was very poorly maintained. The worst part was the bathroom, which was extremely dirty. After we requested that the room either be cleaned or changed, and after they checked it themselves, they eventually assigned us new rooms.
We lived the location and the rooms are clean! Extra points for the the very very comfortable bed mattress! Staff helpful and kind !
I think the breakfast as a service should be a bit upgraded ☺️

The location is perfect to walk to main tourist sites and the view of the Bosphorus is spectacular especially during sunrise.

La ubicación, el trato del.personal, super amables en todo lo que necesitamos, incluso cuando tuvimos el.problema con un candadp de mi maleta. El desayuno también 10 puntos. Muy recomendado.
