Great location
This hotel has a great location with a friendly staff, a great waterfront bar & restaurant. Really hard to beat.
We stayed here 2 nights. I wish the staff when reservations are made ask if we had a senior citizen with us. We were on the 3rd floor and with no elevator (which we didn't know) and a 88 year old lady, it was hard for her to come and go. The stairs are narrow and steep.

Nice hotel, rooms are found in 2 different building - main hotel building is nicer than outbuilding. Rooms outdated but functional and comfortable bed. Very good location in the center of Kennebunkport.

You need to know there is no elevators and the stairs are steep. Restaurant was nice and lots of shopping

This hotel is a gem! We were greeted by the most welcoming and polite reception host. She assigned us a lovely room and guided us to hot spots in the area. The hotel is very clean. The restaurant offers delicious food and a variety of drinks. Not to mention great service by everyone. Will definitely return!
Quaint, clean and good location
No one to check you in. Only the valet to hand you the eoom key. No elevator. Tv on room didn't work.

Nice...but buyer beware....the suite we order Rm 400 was nice, but it was detached from the main building, with a front desk that leaves at 4pm. None of this is related in the hotels.com site. We luckily arrived at 3:45pm but the front desk person was packing up to leave. If we would have arrived at 4:30 we would have gone to the "sister" hotel 2 miles done the road to check in. No hotel services....if you need an extra amenity after 4pm...no luck.
Kennenbunkport is an amazing town in Maine and staying at the Boathouse made it even better. Brilliant location, restaurant is awesome and could not have asked for more.
We were there in the off season and didn't really take advantage of all the hotel had to offer but would love to come back and do that. The rooms were nice, the property was beautiful and it was convenient to everything.
First time staying here. We were totally thrilled with location, service and cleanliness. Must stay there for quiet get away.
