아침일찍 공항으로 출발했어야 하는데 호텔입구 조명이 없어서 어두운데서 택시를 기다려야 했습니다.
Very clean, very helpful staff
All was good.
The hotel itself is nice enough - a bit grandiose - but the decor is dated (gold, marble, crystal etc). I had no major problems with the hotel or the staff once I was there - but in the lead up to my arrival - they did not reply to any of my emails. And the description says there is a free round trip airport shuttle, but when I called them, they said this doesn't exist, but then when I arrived, it seemed it does exist - but I could not book it because it has to be done in advance (it's still not clear to me if it exists). If they replied to my emails at all, I could have arranged things in time. The room was large but could use some extra seats - when we ordered room service there was just one chair to use to eat at the desk... not great. However, the food quality of the room service was good. The bed was extremely large, so, some people may life that too. Overall, the stay was a good overall value (since the cost was low, and I just needed one night) - but the service was pretty poor since I could not reach anyone by emailing them through hotel.com and when I called the communication was difficult. The hotel may have been impressive 20 years ago but now is just kind of an old formerly high class hotel. It's fine if you want somewhere near PVG for 1-2 nights.
Loved this property! Can’t wait to stay here again! Make sure you try the breakfast breakfast buffet everyday!
The rooms in this hotel are very nice! large rooms, huge closets, huge bathroom with seperate bath and shower. We compared our room to what you would expect from a nice room in Las Vegas, very impressed for the cost. The breakfast buffett at the hotel was totally worth it and offered so many options from fresh juices to a variety of fruits such as Dragon Fruit. The hotel is nearby a shopping center with alot of resturants. Also the metro station is a 10min walk away which we liked for going into the city. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in every way!
We would love to give this Hotel a 10/10 but we had a issue with the room AC. The AC in the room seemed to struggle to keep up. We could feel air coming out of the vent but the room never cooled to the temperature we would want. The hotel staff did assist us with moving rooms to the other side of the building where the sun doesnt shine on the building so much, this did help but didnt fully resolve the issue.

It's a bit far from downtown Shanghai, but transport is easy.
Spacious and clean room. Lots of varieties of food for the breakfast . Airport pick up by hotel is excellent. Staff are nice and helpful.

The staff doesn’t speak English, the cleaning staff was too loud in the corridor early in the morning, the speak and even scream loudly to each other. The transfer to the airport is an old dirty bus.
The room was too smelly with cigarets.
