Family Holiday Hotel

이 호텔은 호안끼엠 호수의 콩카페 및 4P 핏자집 근처에 있습니다. 깨끗하고, 직원 친절하며, 접근성이 아주 좋습니다.
1년중에서 1월달이 가장 추운기간인데, 난방시설이 없고, 발코니샤시가 조금 허술해서, 가끔 춥습니다.
12월에는 따뜻한 물이 나오지 않습니다. 1월에는 따뜻한 물이 잘 나옵니다. 토요일에는 근처 식당의 카페에서 라이브콘서트가 있어서 밤11시까지 시끄럽습니다. 호안끼엠 호수는 금토일요일 저녁에는 교통을통제하고, 야시장이 열립니다. 구경거리가 많습니다. Family Holiday Hotel 은 비교적 저렴하고 좋습니다. 1년중에서 1월달만 추운것을 감안하시면 나머지 11개월은 이용하기 아주 좋습니다. 그리고, 엘리베이터있습니다. 저희 가족들은 아주 잘 이용하고, 편히 쉬었다가 갑니다. 다음에도 당연히 이용할 것 입니다.

This is definitely NOT a FAMILY Hotel. It is old and the room has no space for luggage. The bathroom is small and WET and basically a toilet and hand basin with a shower head in between the two. The elevator is too small for an infant stroller (Infant Stroller not a Baby Pram) and one person. Our room was on a mezzanine level accessed by stairs between two elevator levels. The Asian breakfast is by coupon, three doors away in a café. (Not even breakfast cereal). I booked and pre-paid for four nights but forfeited the last three not by moving into a regular international hotel half a block away. The receptionist was very obliging in trying to make up for the lack of facilities.

No room available when we arrived even though we booked 2 months in advance they had no record of it on their system!! They moved us to their sister hotel for a night then back to them following day (up 4 flights of stairs in 40 degree heat with a 3 year old. I don’t expect this when we reserved and payed for a room). My wife had a cold/flu one evening and when she rang downstairs and spoke in Vietnamese to the receptionist they said they would go and get right away, when we rang back 30 mins later they claimed to know nothing about the request!

호안끼엠 위쪽 광장? 야시장 입구랑 도보 1분 거리여서 위치가 아주 좋아요~~
옆에 편의점도 있구요!

새벽 체크인 가능하구요(직원분이 로비 소파에서 주무시고 계시더군요)
친절합니다~~

제 기준엔 방 크기는 그리 넓지도, 좁지도 않은 적당한 크기였구요~
청결도는 괜찮았어요!
근처 비슷한 가격대의 호텔들 후기를 봤을때,
개미가 나온다,벌레가 나온다 등등을 봤었는데
여긴 안그래서 좋았어요
시설은 낡았는데, 나름 깨끗하더라구요
(보심 아실거에요~낡았는데 깨끗하다는 것을요)

또 좋았던 점은 샤워기 수압이 강해서 좋았어요~
대신 창문이 없어서 밖의 상황이 어떤지 몰라서 그게 조금 불편했네요~~
그러나 좋았던 점은 그래서인지 소음이 없었어요!
오토바이 소리, 닭 울음소리 같은건 안들렸어요~~

만약 다시 하노이에 온다면, 다음에도 또 이용할 것 같아요!

Great little hotel close to lake and city attractions.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room conditions was fine and always clean.
Negative is that breakfast is served in a separate building and the service is non existent. As is the food if you arrive a little late.

I can’t remember the last time I stayed at a hotel with such helpful and attentive staff. From the word go, when making our booking, they were very prompt and responsive to my enquiries.
The hotel was clean and very centrally located.
I definitely recommend it.
