La persona que nos atendió super antipático.
El apartamento horrible,había una ventana rota,encontramos un rollo de papel higiénico dentro de la cama,los baños super pequeños ,el agua de la ducha salía por todos los lados.
El desayuno fatal y el comedor era penoso.
De hecho teníamos cuatro noches y nos marchamos al segundo día volviendo a alquilar otro apartamento.
I often stay here. Absolutely fantastic property and staff. They go out of their way to help.
The location was good.
It certainly didn’t ruin the trip, but it should be mentioned that the Internet was terrible, the apartment was on the fourth floor with no elevator, it was very tiny, and it had described that there was a TV and sofa bed however, the TV seemed to only work if there was a DVD in it, and there was no sofa bed, just a chair that maybe did pull out to be a bed. The apartment itself was difficult to navigate around if there was any amount of luggage and the kitchen was very difficult to work in, and very dimly lit. The toilet wouldn’t flush several times and once there was no hot water, even though none had been used.

Специфический опыт - выбирала по отзывам, поняла,что понимание комфорта у людей,на чьи отзывы ориентировалась, сильно расходятся с моими представлениями. В данном отеле не проживала, выписалась сразу после заселения. Мне не понравилось ни местоположение ни сам объект. Согласна,что персонал старается - номер был чист, однако в остальном- далеко даже до оценки "удовлетворительно"
All my respect goes to the staff member Anis. I am giving this review out of deep respect for his high morals and excellent conduct. The place itself is also very nice, and my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

El baño, para lavarte la cara es súper incómodo y el sofá cama quizá cambiaría por uno más cómodo
Очень хороший, уютный отель с прекрасным, отзывчивым персоналом. До улицы Истикляль 5 минут пешком. Останавливались в двухкомнатном номере. Есть все для проживания (если чего-то не хватает, достаточно попросить на ресепшене). В номере есть даже утюг и гладильная доска.
Близость к дороге, но шум не особо напрягает, можно закрыть окна.

Good location, comfortable, 24 hour desk downstairs with very helpful staff
We stayed there 4nights with my family, and I have to say that the location is very good, near Taksim square so we walked almost every day. The apartment was very good, had kitchen what was very important to me, because I have two kids, picky eaters. The rooms were clean, and our experience is very good. The guy that welcomed us, unfortunately I didn't asked his name, was very kind, and he even took our suitcase till the 3rd floor. Is rare to be welcomed like that. So thanks to him again. He showed us everything and everytime we needed something, they were there for us. The reception was 24/7 online, so for families visiting Istanbul, I can warmly recommend this hotel. 😊

Είχε σίδερο, πιστολάκι, σαμπουάν, αφρολουτρο, πετσέτες, πάρκινγκ δωρεάν, μέσα στο ψυγείο είχε νερό κάτι γλυκάκια και καφέ δωρεάν όλα. Τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν ( από Ισπανία)αλλά και το αφεντικό πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί.
Περίμενα κάτι λίγο καλύτερο για τα λεφτά του... Το πρωινό είναι ή καφές ή τσάι και ένα πιάτο με λίγα αγγουράκια ,ντοματινια, βούτυρο,τυρί,πιπεριά, μαρμελάδα και ψωμί. Δεν είναι σαν την Ελλάδα μπουφές και διαλέγεις ότι θέλεις.
Warm helpful welcome by persons working on a 24 hour reception. Difficult car parking place. Appartments on floor 1-4 with no elevator. Big clean rooms . Clean Kitchen and clean bathroom with all the necessary accessories.
Nice convenient neighborhood with many markets and restaurants and close 200 meters bus stop. Wish to come again with this right price.
Nothing to mention. Parking difficulty as whole of central city.
