Lack of facilities , toilet have standing water in the floor. Restaurant very poor option for food. Cleaners always leave everything wet when they wash the toilet. The mirror you cant even see your face never clean at all.
My stay wasn't the best. The service was good, although the amenities were subpar. But there was free breakfast included with the stay and it was good.
was $29 a night = that pretty well sums it up

The comfort room.. it should be divided into two since we are a big family and need to use the bathroom mostly...

Pool side Bar was never open & pool is in the shade pretty much all day.
Coffee cups but no kettle, had to ask for the shower to be enabled to be hot. Balcony without table & seats. Air con poor. Wi Fi barely worked. Did ask to leave but clearly that's why rooms need pre paying as no one was happy. Really feel a part refund nessasary. Breakfast was very poor & at the front is a stinking butchers.
Poor .. honestly need to refurbish the place? Definitely not a 3 star 🤣🙈

Breakfast is OK, food has little egg, few slices of hotdog and a rice. Soup is served.
It was not shown in the picture that there are several steps /stairs to go to the assigned rooms, it is very, very inconvenient to go up and down those several steps. There is no phone in the room so you cannot communicate to the desk if you need a towel, blanket which are not provided. We have to ask to Mirell who by the way is very helpful, and excellent with customers. We ended up transferring to another hotel the very next day because of the inconvenience and discomfort in climbing up and down the stairs. Toilet and rooms looks very old and not updated.
The staffs were very courteous and were very friendly. The place was relaxing and quiet. There was free shuttle ride (with schedule).

We really enjoyed our holiday at The Orient Beach Boracay hotel. The facilities were fabulous. There is a great pool. Free breakfast and free shuttle to the beach. Housekeeping staffs are amazing and provided excellent service. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.
Quite place and perfect for relaxation. The hotel is located at yapak areas near puka beach. They have free shuttle to beach dmall around 10 minutes. Nice staff and always greet us. We are so happy and very satisfied. Recommended this place. We will back soon.
