Orașul frumos, dar ce este în oraș nu e chiar frumos
Pros:

Eu am luat legătura cu cineva de pe booking din suport, le am explicat ca eu ajung la hotel mai devreme de ora check in ului, adică la ora 5, suportul din aplicație mi a confirmat ca a luat legătura cu hotelul și ca se va face check in ul daca se poate mai devreme, sau pot lăsa bagajele la recepție, nu asta s a întâmplat, am ajuns acolo la 5 dimineața, cel ce era la recepție dormea efectiv pe o canapea, i am bătut în ușă să deschidă, a ieșit nervos, i am explicat toată situația și ne a răspuns ca nu are camere, am înțeles, nu ne a lăsat să lăsăm bagajele, am stat în fața hotelului 2 ore până la ora 7 când a trecut pe stradă un om de la salubritate și ne a întrebat ce facem acolo, i a bătut în ușă celui de la recepție și l a întrebat cum este posibil să ne lase să stăm așa în fața hotelului, abia după ne a lăsat să ne lăsăm bagajul înăuntru.

Cons:

Nu sunt actualizați cu programările făcute pe booking, ajungi acolo și nu știi dacă mai ai programare sau nu, deși tu plătești

Отличное расположение — 5 минут пешком до Султанахмета и Айя-Софии. Очень хороший персонал, всегда готов помочь. Отдельная благодарность за помощь с посылкой — сотрудники даже оплатили её отправку. Рекомендую!

Cons:

Из минусов — комната была немного тёмной, так как естественного освещения было недостаточно. В остальном всё понравилось.
На свое деньги отлично!

Somos un matrimonio que nos hemos alojado más de una vez en este hotel. La primera vez fue cuando nos casamos en 2016. Siempre habíamos estado muy bien y el personal era amable.
Ahora hay un señor mayor en la recepción muy mal educado. Cuando llegamos nos pidió demostrar que estamos casados (esto podemos entenderlo) pero su actitud fue en todo momento de desprecio y prejuicio, como si fueramos personas indeseables. Estuvimos un rato buscando nuestra documentación en el móbil y el señor seguia tratándonos con desprecio. Finalmente nos dio una habitación a 1 metro de la recepción la cual era literalmente un agujero oscuro, pareciendo que nos quiere "tener controlados". Nos quejamos y otro señor de recepción que creo que puede ser de Azerbaján fue amable y comprensivo y nos dio una habitación decente.
Mi mujer se sintió humillada, juzgada como si fuera una mujer de la calle que va a un hotel a hacer servicios sexuales. Yo como turco que soy me sentí despreciado y juzgado por un compatriota.
Nos gustaba mucho este hotel pero esta experiencia tan desagradable nos ha hecho decidir no volver munca más.
Entendemos que quieran ser un hotel respetable, pero no puede juzgarnos directamente. Estamos muy decepcionados.

Non pas du tout l'hôtel et les salles plein de moisissures les personnel et son pas du tout l'emplacement 0 franchement l'hôtel il est nul nul nul nul nul nul nul nul

En plus à cause de ça moi je serai tout j'ai réclamé qui me rembourse ils veulent pas me rembourser parce que moi je suis malade asthmatique depuis que je suis arrivé à cet hôtel j'étais malade j'ai même pas profiter de mes séjours

The location of the hotel is quite good, and the breakfast was okay—not great, but acceptable. Cleanliness could be better; I would rate it around 6/10. There was visible dust in the room, the comforters were not properly covered with sheets, and there was moisture in the bathroom. On the plus side, the price was low, so for the cost, it was manageable. Overall, it's fine if you're not expecting much, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

Still good bang for your buck.
Pros:

Breakfast was good , value for money.
Had fruit, cereals and warm breakfast.
Coffee ,tea and juice

Cons:

Even though the rooms were value for money.
Think it could have been maintained beter.
Aircon would start leaking water after 10 mins.
Bar fridge was broken.

The Raimond Hotel offers value for money. It is close to the railway and the historical district. Also it is close to cafes, and restaurants.

Cons:

I didn't like climbing the hill to get to the railway station.
