Really nice hotel in a very accessible spot. Staff very helpful . Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

The Hotel is not clean at all, they clean, they clean once in 3 days, towels are not really clean, I had 2 Room with 3 single bed, they gave us one with 3 single bed other one one double bed one single in a very small Room, so had to and check then they changed. Shower was broken had to wait 2 days to repair after asking couple time,

The property is close to the major attractions and the staff, especially Mr. Kadeer and Mr. Mateen, were going above and beyond to make our group's stay as comfortable and pleasant as can be.

Location and lively community atmosphere. Hotel probably needs a bit of a modern touch up. But great value over-all.

Group of thieves,they took 20 dollar extra for each night from me,i send email and no reply ,bad location ,industrial area no transoortation ,even taxi doesnt go there,,,,thieves

Hotel is schoon, helaas niet altijd warm water in de douche, meer lauw. Voor de rest schoon, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel

Dishonesty for helping to make the booking for the night bus. He overestimate the amount of the prices for the bus from Istanbul to Cappadocia

Everything was terrible. When we arrived at 10pm they did not have our and sent us to an apartment with no light in the bedroom no towels, everything old and falling apart. Dirty bed sheets a dump. Best day they gave us our room where the shower was broken, safe box did not work. The next day the room was not cleaned. Never take this hotel!!!

Location is perfect, staff are great and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay it was great.

We really liked the hotel me and my wife , we had a nice 15 days at the Raimond, Ahmet the owner was super friendly and really cares about his customers, and Mustapha a super super nice person who dropped tears when we left , and Farouk was very helpful guy , momy Marie the housekeeper was very hardworking. We had this experience and now we have 4 more friends in our cycle . Thank you so much RAIMOND for the warm heart.

Im Hotelzimmer befindet sich zwar alles was man so braucht, aber sauber waren die Zimmern leider nicht. Wir haben uns bei Ankunft 2 weitere Zimmer angeschaut weil wir nicht zufrieden waren. Aber haben uns dann letztendlich für das 3. Zimmer im 2. Stock (für 40€ Aufpreis, da wir Basemant Economy gebucht hatten und das befindet sich im Keller) entschieden, weil das eher am "saubersten" war. Im Bad befanden sich mehrere Haare auf dem Boden. Bei den Bettwäschen hatte man an manchen stellen kleine flecken. Wir waren 4 Nächte dort und getauscht wurden die Handtücher im Bad zwar täglich aber dafür die Bettwäsche garnicht. Personal war sehr freundlich da kann man nicht meckern. Also wem die Sauberkeit von den Zimmer nicht soo wichtig ist, dann ist das Hotel schon Ok.

Добрый день! Хотелось бы довести до вашего сведения, что в этом отеле разводят на деньги при заселении. Я бронировала отель со 2.09 по 3.09. Заселялась ночью, о чем указывала при бронировании. На стойке регистрации персонал отказаться разговаривать со мной на английском, русском и упорно вел беседу на турецком. Через мин 30 пререканий выяснилось, что мне надо было почему-то бронировать с 1.09 на 2.09. И мои данные появятся у них только после 8.00. Затем речь пошла о том, что меня с моим парнем не имеют права заселять, тк мы не семейная пара. Почему это не указано на сайте? Наверное потому что это развод. Дело кончилось тем, что 60 tl решили вопрос, хотя номер стоил 48 tl. И ура! через час переговоров, персонал с довольной ухмылкой отдали нам ключи от номера с тараканами, сломаным душем и грязными полами.

Wir wurden trotz später Stunde überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption beantwortete trotz später Stunde alle unsere Fragen und gab uns eigeninitiativ einige Tipps. Auch an den folgenden Tagen wurden wir bei jeder Begegnung im Frühstücksraum oder an der Rezeption überaus freundlich begrüßt. Auch unsere 8-jährige Tochter wurde als eigener Gast wahrgenommen (oft werden Kinder in solchen Zusammenhängen eher ignoriert und der Service ist eher an die „Zahlenden“ gerichtet): alle Hotelangestellten begrüßten sie liebevoll und offenherzig, wenn sie sie sahen. Unser Zimmer war klein und einfach. Es hatte aber funktionierende Aircondition, einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Ganzkörperspiegel und einen Tresor. Es gibt jeden Tag frische Handtücher, Duschgel, Seife, Bodylotion. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber lecker. Es wird von einer freundlichen Frau vorbereitet, die auch die Zimmer reinigt. Das Ciwan-Hotel liegt in Fatih – einer interessanten Gegend mit niedlichen Straßen und Gassen (zum Teil sehr steile Straßen). Es gibt fußläufig zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés, kleine und große Möglichkeiten Lebensmittel einzukaufen, sowie Kleidung. Die nächste Tramstation Beyazit ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Ebenso weit ist es bis zum großen Basar. Zu Fuß bis Sarayburnu sind es ca. 20 Minuten. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Istanbul komme, würde ich wieder im Ciwan übernachten!

Towers broken , sink clogged and been told will be fixed very soon , in 4 days wasn't fixed . Smell of cigarettes and food comes from ventilation . Definitely not again . I don't think it meet 1star .

L'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier vraiment mal entretenu, mais elle est très proches de la majorité des monuments historique, a partire de l'hôtel ont peut presque tous les faire à pied,et le tramway et tout pré. Attention aux commercent très collantes.

Hôtel familial super accueil et équipe sympathique.
