A comfortable good value for money hotel.
Pros:

Good value accommodation for such a central location. All CBD attractions were within a few blocks as was restaurants and grocery stores.

Cons:

Being CBD the traffic can be a bit noisy but only with windows opened.

Lovely hotel but very tired. Needs a refurbishment. But good value. Didn’t pay for a palace.

Great and central to all of Dunedin, awesome food and pub down stairs aswell
