Everything was good, staffs were nice and helpful, it was quite place and restaurants were nearby

It was in main city like places in walking distance close by

Cons:

Parking very congested, should have car park place for people who book the hotel hot water pressure was low

Le sèche cheveux et boule quies dans la table de nuit c'est top

Cons:

La salle de bain est vraiment à revoir entre l'eau qui coule avec peu de pression et le fait qu'elle n'est pas du tout isolé la température est la même que dehors je me suis gelée les meules

We stayed just the one night. Location was great, price was reasonable and we were well satisfied.
Pros:

the rooms were small but warm, clean and tidy. Showers were good and the dining room was great. We still talk about the kumara chips and how sweet and crisp they were.

Cons:

Nothing to say here.

Great location, comfortable, cleaning team were fantastic and overall this place met my needs.
Pros:

The room was affordable, clean and comfortable for a 2-night stay. I was also close enough to the hospital to visit my mum who was getting surgery. Easy access to supermarkets, places to eat and the main manager was really helpful in letting me store my bags in reception after checking out, so that I could take a final walk around the local area to explore. Would stay here again.

Cons:

One manager during the day was a little flat in their demeanour regarding their customer service; other team members were overall really friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Absolutely excellent location a short walk to town, the property has secure car parking on site, our twin room was comfortable with great views. 10/10 for the ribs from the restaurant. Overall a warm, comfortable friendly vibe about the place,

Comfy enough, with a lift.
Pros:

Good location for walking everywhere, very close to Dunedin train station and The Octagon. Very large room, plenty of tea/coffee supplies.
Dinner in the restaurant was very nice, staff very friendly

Cons:

Nowhere to put toiletry bags in the bathroom, which also has a cracked basin (superficial), ancient toilet and cistern. The hotel would have been lovely 70 years ago when the Queen and Prince Phillip stayed, but is in dire need of some updates.

Brilliant location, exceptional staff, comfortable beds, hot shower, amazing meals in the restaurant
Pros:

Fantastic value for a great location. Rooms are dated and basic, but that what we were expecting. Food in the pub downstairs was excellent and all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room needs a bit of tlc, but nothing that affected our comfort

Lovely central location. Adequately clean room. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Full house on the Saturday with graduations going on. People slamming doors and talking loud in corridors annoying other people. Glad I’m not a light sleeper. Didn’t worry me.

Central location is great. Free car parking is great. Reasonably priced, spacious 3-bed unit.

Cons:

Old fashioned hotel, still reminiscent of the 1950’s. Not cosy or contemporary. Run-down furniture, dark inside.
