The location was easy to get into and out of

Cons:

The room did not look as advertised. Had to use a passcode to unlock the room the door was not secure had gaps . The sink was about 3ft from the floor. For the price I expected a lot better room

Cons:

Loudness and lights could have been quieter /more remote and fewer blinking/LED lights throughout night to early morning.

Cons:

I booked this hotel 20 mins from arriving. When I arrived to the hotel to check in there was someone outside cussing at my family. The person looked and acted to be on illegal substances. When I asked for a refund they did not give me the whole amount back even though we did not check in because we did not feel safe there.

Good Experience =
Pros:

Location is big plus for the stay.

Cons:

One of the towels was dirty, and the queen bed made a creaking noise whenever we moved during the night. Additionally, the staff did not come to change the sheets or check in with us about it.
