Emplacement gentillesse du personnel. La piscine et le rooftop.
Chambre petite,
Excellent staff . And a great location
Rooms a bit small but that’s not a major issue
The staff were amazing and all ways there to help, everything is within walking distance
Lovely rooftop pool and restaurant with a view
The room was small but clean and newly renovated. Good breakfast with a lot of variety to choose from. Unfortunately had an early flight so couldn’t stay long.
There was really no power points to plug in the kettle or charge phones. We found one UNDER the bench near the floor which was faulty. It looked like it had melted with a prong of steel still in the socket. Highly dangerous.
Location was excellent, breakfast staff were delightful. Great city views from the top floor.
I really disliked that I asked for a wake up call on my final morning and I did not receive it.
Fortunately my phone alarm woke me up so I didn’t miss my flight . And the hotel wake up call was just a back up for me. However it was the way the reception team dealt with the “no wake up call “ experience that was most disappointing. On check out they asked me how I enjoyed my stay. I replied that over all I enjoyed it very much and that last night I almost booked a further 5 nights at this hotel when I return to Saigon in late July. However for some reason I held off preferring to wait until after check out. And I’m so pleased I did. I will not be returning. I asked did reception know why I did not receive the wake up call that morning . At first they said that I did receive it. When I argued that I certainly did not receive it they changed their story to telling me how their phone system broke down that morning so they could not call me . I suggested they could have knocked on my door instead to check if I were awake. There was no apology, just a lie about how I supposedly did receive the wake up call until they knew I knew this was not the case . On that occasion the lack of wake up call in a hotel did not change anything but there have been so many times where a lack of a wake up call would have caused huge inconvenience for me.
Les chambres sont très propres bien insonorisées et la literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très varié
Het personeel is super. Kreeg zelfs een taart voor mijn verjaardag!
Niks
How welcoming the staff is.
Rooms not too spacious. TV reception very poor.
Struttura accogliente e personale gentile. Molto centrale perfetta per visitare Ho chi minh.
Staff were helpful, especially poolside staff working hard to keep up with our orders
The view. I wanted a view of the river but didn't get it
Lovely hotel in a great location, central and near busy areas but tucked away at the end of a quiet street. Peaceful area within walking distance of the hustle and bustle.
The hotel was spotless and the room was great and had everything I needed, safe, tv, iron and board. Staff were always friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful roof top pool and bar area which was the main reason I booked it and it didn't disappoint. I didn't try the breakfast as I was on a food tour vacation basically and wanted to save some room to eat while exploring but it did look good.
There wasn't anything I could fault.
Lovely, comfortable stay tucked away on a quiet street but one block from bars restaurants etc and all city sights. Friendly staff. Fitness center small and bike broken but it was great to have one at all. Pool and rooftop bar awesome. Fantastic buffet breakfast with fresh fruits, juices and pretty much every type of breakfast food. Rooms are a little small but no big deal, comfortable beds. Would stay again
Small rooms, fitness center could use a tiny bit of work
Easy check in, clean and modern room, had what I needed for a quick stay. Well located for district 1
Small room, but no issue for one traveler. May have been tight for two people with more luggage.
The room decorations were nice. The hotel staff did there best
I’m disappointed that they advertised a special saying the rooms were worth double. But they were not worth it! They have decorated them nicely but the hotel feels small and poxy. We have stayed in much nicer hotels in Ho Chi Minh for cheaper.
I also used the face washer and they wanted to charge me for leaving make up on it as they had to replace it. I asked for it back to clean it the manager came up and knocked on the door constantly for 15 minutes ( we were in the shower) and when we got it with a bit of hot water the makeup came out. The day of checkout my elderly mum was sick and I needed a late checkout to accom after four of us. They tried their best to accommodate but made 4 of us move from the larger room where there was not enough room for four people and four sets of luggage.
The buffet breakfast is ok but do not accommodate for gluten free at all. The juice is watery and they pack up before the advertised time. It just feels like you are not a guest at this hotel and hospitality is lacking in so many areas.
The pool is very small. Only one elevator working. River view is really not a Riverview. More like a river with some old buildings empty lots and car parks. It’s not even really on the river. It’s tucked into some random corner where you feel you are about to be mugged.
Just not a great experience.
