Modern with great location
Pros:

The rooms were modern and sufficient. The location is excellent. The breakfast was alright. I was very happy with the laundry service. The price-to-performance ratio is right.

Cons:

The toilet was not clean upon arrival. When I reported this at the reception, they sincerely apologized and promised to have it cleaned. However, the next day it was still not clean, but I didn’t feel like putting in the effort to report it again.

Pros:

Pool was nice, staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Air-conditioning not working very well, very hot room made it hard to sleep.
Baby cot supplied collapsed when we put my daughter inside, staff came and helped but cot was very broken and barely holding on. Had to fix and move myself after.
Room was very small, but would of been nice with just a couple without infant.

Klein aber dennoch fein...
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, der Ausblick von der Rooftopbar sowie die Liebe fürs Detail, was die Gestaltung des Zimmers anbelangt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr klein. Für zwei Erwachsene mit Koffern tatsächlich sehr unpraktisch. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wir haben das Hotel vorautorisiert per American Express Kreditkarte gebucht. Vor Ort war die Zahlung mit genau dieser Karte dann jedoch nicht möglich. Das sollte dringend geändert werden. Für uns kein Problem gewesen, da wir auch die VISA Kreditkarte dabei hatten, dennoch fragwürdig,warum die Buchung über Booking.com mit der Amex möglich ist,diese jedoch dann im Endeffekt nicht als Zahlungsmittel genutzt werden kann.

Beautiful rooms in a very well located hotel. Staff were outstanding & the pool was such a treat!
Pros:

The hotel was very central & well located. Extremely clean rooms with lovely touches which made us feel very welcome. The pool was stunning & overlooked the city with amazing views. The staff were outstanding & very attentive throughout our stay, they went above and beyond. Breakfast was also superb. Hope to stay here again if we're ever back in HCMC.
