Tolle Lage, zentral in der Altstadt,
Pros:

Gutes Vier-Sterne-Hotel in zentraler Lage von Hanoi. Restaurants, Bars und viele weitere Aktivitäten sind schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Damit ist das Hotel ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen. Das Buffet ist umfangreich und bietet neben asiatischen Speisen auch eine große internationale Auswahl. Qualität und Vielfalt haben uns überzeugt.

Für einen Städtetrip nach Hanoi eine klare Empfehlung.

Pros:

Very lovely hotel in a quiet street but close to shops, restaurants & cafes. Delicious buffet breakfast. The staff are very nice & the rooms are perfect. We loved our stay here. Thank you

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und die Auswahl sollte für jeden eigentlich ausreichend sein, also ich kann mich zumindestens nicht beschweren.

Comfortable stay with exceptional hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and modern, and the location was perfect—right in the hub of restaurants and bars, with everything conveniently nearby.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to help us arrange transportation. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the Independence Monument and the city.

What impressed us most was how attentive and thoughtful the staff were. When we were leaving, they noticed that I had left my charger behind and brought it back to me before we left. That small gesture really showed how much they cared about their guests.

Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service and a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

One small issue was the elevator. Although it is high-tech and requires a key to select your floor, it does not display which floor the elevator is currently on. This made it a little difficult to know when the elevator was arriving.

good value hotel in central location
Pros:

Hotel is @ great location, in a quiet street. Walkable to the market. Breakfast very good. Pool is a plus after a hot day. Staff very helpful and courteous , caring. Great value for the location and amenities, will stay again when back.
