Top location. From the side of the hotel you can easily get to Niagara falls park. There are stairs too. From the street in front of the hotel also short walk to the other side of Niagara falls park close to the bridge to Canada. The room was really large and decently furnished. The breakfast was not bad. It exceeded the expectations. The staff at the reception was nice and professional. Free parking. Easy access to the parking lot thru a side door.

Cons:

It was relatively clean but not quite. I wouldn't say spotless, sparkling or fresh unfortunately.

Bien localizado, a pocos minutos de las cataratas.

Cons:

Muy sucio, la habitación sucia, el cuarto de baño tenía hasta caca en las paredes, el sofá cama super desconfortable, el hotel los pasillos sucios el elevador....
Es una pena porque tiene mucho potencial para ser un gran hotel. Reciben mercancías por la puerta principal si se cae una caja de refrescos ,pues desastre, el desayuno es muy simple y despues de ver el desastre de limpieza me puedo imaginar la cocina.

Se vi serve per una notte al volo per visitare le cascate ok, altrimenti pessimo lo eviterei.
Pros:

La posizione, si raggiungono le cascate a piedi. E' l'UNICO motivo per soggiornare presso questa struttura.

Cons:

Stanza sporca, bagno orrendo. Personale alla reception davvero scortese. Colazione impraticabile per qualità, spazi e pulizia, ho evitato di farla. Per una notte, solo visitare comodamente le cascate e poi fuggire, per dormirci veloce e poi ripartire può andare tappandosi il naso, ma nulla più. Ho soggiornato ad agosto i numerosi Inn ed hotel ma questo è davvero il peggiore per distacco.

Outdtanding customer services and money worth it.
Pros:

The reason I like this Hotel during stay for my family vacation. Outstanding service. All the staffs from front desk and all the staffs from the floor, breakfast room. Outstanding service. I would love to stay again my next visit. Thanks to all .

It was close to the falls.

It needed to be cleaner in the public spaces. The WiFi did not work good enough. The bathroom needs to be upgraded.
