Great hotel to stay at based on price and walking distance to the falls.
Pros:

Location of hotel was excellent....walking distance to the falls. Room was fine. Bed was quite comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was quite good...right next to hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite minimal both in availability and quality. We ended up going out for breakfast all 3 days there as many of the offering pans were empty. Noise after 11pm was quite significant with no apparent effort by the hotel to minimize. The pool was OK. It was extremely warm making it not refreshing but at least it was fun to swim. The water trail from the pool to the elevators was quite dangerous as it was slippery. Although signs tried to minimize this, it appears no one took notice.

Need some improvements.
Pros:

The breakfast was sufficient. The location was good.

Cons:

In room 302 each time I sat on my bed it made noise.
I think it's broken on side near big chair and ottoman.
It was also noisy in room above. Kids or hard walker.

It was not a very nice experience.
Pros:

Close to the falls breakfast was decent

Cons:

We could hear people all night every night jumping or stomping on the floor . Floors were dirty needed swept us trash pipes everywhere just dirty bathrooms were dirty . Doors were hard to open they kept getting stuck to our room . Just trash everywhere you looked and met some workers in elevator complaining about who didn’t do their job and never do it right. I was taught u don’t talk about ur job or coworkers around customers!!! That’s a big no no .

Very dirty,uncomfortable old beds,too crowded not ideal for adult only stays

Very dirty,pool always full of kids unable to use it as adult time,hallways were extremely dirty,garbage and hair thrown into corners of hallways,when arriving a lot of noise/commotion in lobby very obnoxious trying to check in,shower moldy in tile grooves and not very clean,bedding and linens not clean,mattress stained and full of food and crumbs with just 1 fitted sheet over it no mattress protector,mattress old and lumpy making sleep very uncomfortable

Hotel is really nice, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Front desk staff was very pleasant, pool was nice, room was very clean, location is close to everything we wanted to do.

Not value for money with paid parking and high prices. Okay for 1 or 2 day stay with kids.
Pros:

The location was excellent and within walking distance of the Falls parking lot, which made it very convenient. The room was a decent size and comfortable for our family.

The biggest surprise was the breakfast. I wasn't expecting such a complete spread, especially for the kids. They served scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, toast, cereal, coffee, and juices. Everything was fresh and tasty, and it was a great way to start the day.

Cons:

The paid parking was disappointing, and the overall cleanliness of the property was a major concern. The property did not appear to be well maintained. The hallway was not clean, and the wallpaper in the room was peeling. The bathroom sink and bathtub were dirty, and there was even a used bar of soap left in the tub from a previous guest. The towel and sink stand had significant rust, and both the floor and tiles needed a much more thorough cleaning. Overall, the condition of the property did not meet my expectations.
