Overall was good stay, hardly was in the room but it was ok.
Pros:

Good location, staff was great. Breakfast was good. Loved that I had parking. Staff was ok, they could be a little more friendly. Walking distance to Seneca Casino was good.

Cons:

I had only one issue the room was not clean as i expected, bathroom leaked under the sink and shower was dirty and mold in the ceiling. Didnt have soap or toilet paper.

Cons:

The room was acceptable but the rest of the hotel was filthy. Walls dirty, trash on the hallway floors, elevator carpets dirty ( even though I asked him to vacuum them, they didn't during my stay). Next time I'd rather spend more but have a better experience somewhere else.

Very poor cleanliness; the bathroom and bathtub were very dirty. There was clearly visible mold on the bathroom walls, the floor did not appear to have been mopped, and the shower curtains were stained. (I had two room)

Very disappointing hotel experience. I tried to use my information to check in, but it did not work because the staff had entered my first name and last name incorrectly. When I contacted the front desk for help, the female receptionist initially said it should work, but instead of handling the issue professionally, she spoke to me disrespectfully and ended the call. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and made the experience even worse.

The hotel facilities were also below expectations. There was disturbing noise around the property even after midnight, making it difficult to rest properly.

Overall, the poor customer service, incorrect handling of guest information, inadequate facilities, and late-night noise made my stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and respectful customer service.
