Un friendly stuffs. No hair dryer .. after complaining .. the stuffs not able to do ANYTHING .. not even a sorry ,, Not polite .. they make you feels like that they don’t care anything

Pros:

The breakfast was good pancakes eggs sausage and the one person doing it was very helpful and friendly

Cons:

The pool was green. The person that checked us in was rude and you could tell she didn't want to be there. The bathroom didn't have conditioner and the shampoo bottle was empty. Dresser door broken would stay shut

Pros:

Polite receptionist. Location was good with sufficient parking space.

Cons:

I found that the rooms cannot be sufficiently illuminated. The heating system was unclean (the previous guests had thrown some chips inside the heating system). The breakfast options were extremely limited.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar,aber das ist auch alles. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel ohne Zusatzkosten. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Niagra state Park

Cons:

Schmutzig und verranzt. Nur die Lobby sieht sauber aus. Nachts fallen die Jugendlichen unter Drogen laut schreiend durch den Flur. Die Schubladen stehen weit offen und lassen sich nicht schliessen. Der Boden im Bad war schmutziger als in unserem Keller. Shampoo und Seife waren leer und von der Wandhalterung gebrochen. Frühstück ist ok wenn man mit toast und marmalade zufrieden ist. Der Rest ist unappetitlich. Der zuständige Frühstücks Mitarbeiter sitzt mit seinem Handy auf der Küchenzeile und lãsst die Beine baumeln. Wie gesagt für eine Nacht nur zum schlafen und duschen OK wenn man keinerlei Ansprüche hat. Personal am Check in sehr nett.

O quarto era bom no geral, a acústica não é tão bom é possível ouvir pessoas andando e falando nos quartos ao lado. Tem piscina aquecida
O café da manhã é bom com várias opções. A localização é próxima das cataratas.

Decent for last minute

The location was great The beds were comfortable it was a good room set up and quite spacious

Cons:

There were weird orange stains all over the white curtains. It was loud above us and next to us by the guests. The pool was cold and there were no pool towels in there. The breakfast was absolutely awful there was like nothing but oatmeal in a crock pot some sausage and eggs that was it. I had to pay 10 dollars for parking and no other hotel required that.

Terrible staff. The girl in reception hardly looked at us. Gave us no info about breakfast or even a smile. The fire alarm went off late at night. Of course we were afraid. She was really rude when a asked questions about the alarm. A person like that should not work with guests. The person fixing breakfast was not very nice either.
