Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich noch NIE so enttäuscht wurde !
Schon bei der Ankunft wurde man von motivationslosen Damen in Empfang genommen, welche lustlos und arrogant auftraten.
Das führte sich fort auf dem Weg ins Zimmer. Der Boden im Gang war schmutzig, fleckig und klebrig.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß- beim Blick ins Bad stellten wir fest, dass im Waschbecken kein Stöpsel war und im Abfluss sah man irgendwelche Abfälle der Vormieter.
Da sich selben Haus ein Lokal befand welches bis in die Nacht laute Musik aus den im Aussenbereich montierten Lautsprechern spielte, war es mit dem Schlafe auch problematisch.
Einziger Lichtblick war das Küchenpersonal, welches sehr engagiert wirkte.
Poor breakfast, poor cleanliness, and extremely unprofessional staff. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that Niagara Falls is within walking distance, about 15 minutes away.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.
When I checked in around 7 PM on June 1, there was water on the floor in my room. I called the front desk for assistance. Instead of helping, the employee repeatedly mocked my English, asking things like “Do you even speak English?” and repeatedly saying “Mop! Mop!” while another employee stood nearby laughing. This continued for several minutes while I was simply trying to report a room issue.
Later, I found that the bathroom trash can contained clumps of hair, dust, and debris, making it appear that the room had not been properly cleaned. When I reported this, I was told there was nothing wrong with trash being in a trash can and was asked what more I wanted.
When I later asked why they had laughed at me, both employees became hostile, raised their voices, called me rude, told me not to speak to them again, and told me to stay away. My child and my child’s friends were nearby and became alarmed enough to come over and see what was happening.
To make matters worse, after replacing the trash bag, an employee left the dirty bag containing the hair and debris directly outside my room door. It remained there until the following morning.
I can accept misunderstandings. I cannot accept being mocked and humiliated when asking for help. The room condition was disappointing, but the staff’s behavior was far worse.
I would not stay here again.

Room was unkept and dirty, staff at the front desk made it feel like my fault and told me the sofa bed isn’t for sleeping so stains on the cushions and pillows shouldn’t matter. Well guess the couch isn’t for sitting on either. Found a baby sippy cup under one of the beds. Room was clearly not cleaned.
Quality has severely dipped at this location. Deluxe queen suite was advertised 2 TVs but the only tv was awkwardly on the far wall hard to watch from the beds. Second remote to even work the TV was missing had to get the only good employee in the building to get us the second remote. He also brought the sheets for the pullout bed as they weren’t in the room to begin with.
Hairballs in the hall ways, nail clippings in the stairs, an oily looking pool and a free breakfast that you’d have to pay me to eat.
After checking in on a Friday the next morning I grabbed a cup of coffee and set out to explore Niagara Falls only to have my whole day rocked by a mouthful of coffee grinds. Whether it’s an equipment or operator error both felt lacking throughout the stay.
They do get 5 stars for location which makes everything else I’ve said so sad. My wife and children and grandparents had an amazing experience at the falls and would highly recommended going and taking part in that experience. This hotel is in a great walking location to just about everything you’d want to do.

There is nothing to like about this property.. the worst place to spend money on… beware ..
Very old property.. everything is damaged and broken. Staff is soo rude and have no curtesy at all. Full of attitude. No room service . No cleaning at all. One of the worst hotel you could ever imagine and they still charge like 4* hotels.

Location is ok but the management is not good. When we asked for a little bit earlier check in, the answer is $25. When we asked for a little bit late check out, answer is still cold answer $25. People in the front desk are always have poker-face
