It is an average hotel.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Big size rooms. 15 minutes walk to Niagra state park. Nearby many restaurant options.

Cons:

Cleaning need to be improved.

Affordable and convenient
Pros:

I liked that it was so close to everything and that even after checkout, they were fine with me keeping my car there to adventure. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great too. Plus my kids were walking across the hall to the gym and it entertained them in between questing.

Cons:

My kids were big excited about the pool which was down, and I was expecting an extra couch in the room and their wasnt so I bunked with my son. Also, there were 5 of us in the room and we didn't have enough towels or anything but I booked a month before but I guess it was just what they usually do so that's understsndable.

Pros:

Some of the areas within hotel smelled like weed. The pool area had strong smell. The bathrooms were not clean specially the shower area.

2 years back it was a decent hotel

Pros:

Walking distance to the falls

Cons:

Dirty, in disrepair. Bathroom was discusting, toilet leaked at base and looked like it had been cleaned around, seat was extremely loose, sink had crack in it from front to back. Tub had long black hair in it and black mold behind shampoo/soap dispensers. Bed made noise when you got in it, like metal piece was broken under it.

Horrible.
Cons:

I took a shower grabbed a “fresh towel” started with my face when I noticed dried up poop on my towel. I had to reshower and let the staff know but they didn’t do shiet but ask if I needed fresh towels.. 🙄 Also a bottle of coke was under a bed which shows they did not even clean the floors. Worst experience ever I would not recommend and I will be leaving a google review about this place.
