nur wegen der Lage gerade noch passabel
Pros:

nur die zentrale Lage und die Größe der Zimmer .....

Cons:

Die Fußböden im Bereich zum Parkplatz und in unserer Etage sahen bei Abreise genauso dreckig aus, wie bei der Anreise. Die Zimmertür hat geklemmt und Housekeeping war nicht bereit kurz zu helfen. Tür im Bad war ebenfalls nicht in Ordnung. Das Hotel hat bei uns insgesamt den Eindruck hinterlassen, dass hier mal eine Renovierung fällig werden dürfte. Auch waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Vor allem Trittgeräusche aus der Etage darüber.

Spacious and Clean room with comfy beds made our stays enjoying and walking to Niagara Falls.

A hard pass next time.

Our rooms for the most part were clean.

Cons:

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at with breakfast, this was the dirtiest which was caused by lazy customers and lazy employees who never cleaned a single service area or table. I keep wondering whether I should complain to the city health department. There was only one employee who showed a smile and provided help outside of the housekeeping staff. Because this hotel decided to forego carpeting, the sounds from adjoining rooms especially from the room above us were extremely noticeable. The hotel charges for parking in a city that has more empty and abandoned properties then occupied.
