Pros:

the staff was very helpful and friendly and the vibe was positive

Cons:

it was a little loud at night since room was near the fire house and train. Also the only available breakfast was a special that was rather expensivel

Artistic, sophisticated, made you feel special king of place.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful - sophisticated, elegant without being fussy; artistic. Every person was friendly and wanted to make our stay better.

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better was that it was noisy in the room; we could hear people walking in the rooms above us, in the hallway, and in the street. But, I have the luxury of being picky because most of our visit was great.

Better to look elsewhere
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully decorated both in the lobby and in the room, with a very good shower

Cons:

The floor makes a really loud noise when you walk on it, you can also hear it from other places, the town itself is very unpleasant and unsympathetic.
There are no places to eat in the area and there is no breakfast at the hotel

Pros:

I don’t think a breakfast was offered at our stay. There was a coffee machine, but it was a little confusing to use. I was surprised you didn’t have a fancy or European style coffee maker. Keurig is convenient, but meh. The tea selection could’ve been better and I know it sounds picky but having a little honey there at the tea station would’ve been nice too.

Cons:

The rooms were fantastic and very well appointed, however, the high ceilings created a warm-up delay. I would say on the cooler days or nights when guests are coming in turn up the heat prior to their arrival.

We had a restful, delightful stay, pleasantly surprised about the quality of the venue.
Pros:

The location was central to the activities and destinations which we attended. The hotel was very nicely appointed and unique.

Cons:

Although we were able to check in a little early, the communication about the actual check in was a bit confusing. We ended up waiting in the lobby for an extended time, thinking we were able to check in even earlier based on some misinformation from front desk staff.

Pros:

Lovely old building on the main street of town. Parking is out the back and easy to find. The attached steakhouse makes a great steak with friendly service. Room was fine but not exceptional. Good value for money.

N/A. TV was a bit outdated but that's a nitpick
