We came for theater, but enjoyed the relaxing stay at Hotel North.
Pros:

Location near theater was perfect! The room was well appointed and comfortable.

Cons:

The morning clerk at the desk was sassy.

Awesome as always! And important to note that the beds are super comfortable, the coffee delicious.
Pros:

We ate dinner there, and had a lovely evening before the theatre, and loved everything!
I also loved that I could do a workout at the gym next door, and it's very large and well-equipped.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like, and this is my third time staying there.

Unexpected find, can't wait to come again.
Pros:

This hotel was excellent. A charming building filled with character, but modern conveniences. The room was spacious, comfortable, with very high ceilings and a large bathroom. Overall the location was convenient with most of our drives being about 15-25 minutes to local attractions. On site parking and friendly, helpful staff rounded out our stay.

Cons:

Given that it is an older building, the wood floors are quite creaky and noisy. We could hear the outside noise as well from nearby train station. These did not effect our overall stay or enjoyment of the property.

Large room with a kitchenette and large bathroom.

Cons:

The pillows were too big and hard and it caused me neck pain in the morning.
The view from the room was not great.

Have stayed here before, would stay here again.
Pros:

Converted 19C factory with loft vibe. Huge bathroom with lots of extras. Very large and quiet room. Comfortable and clean. Secure free parking. Located centrally for all Berkshire attractions.

Cons:

No breakfast room within the hotel, although at least 2 excellent cafes within several blocks.

We were just passing through but would definitely stay here again
Pros:

This hotel had a great feeling right from the beginning. It’s beautifully decorated and it smells wonderful as you walk in. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and comfortable.

There was not one thing I did not like

Great, I would choose it again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to anybody coming to the area.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, the room was extremely spacious with high ceilings that made it feel even bigger. Bathroom was also very big with comfortable tub. The entire room was beautiful, with two comfy arm chairs as well and a desk. Staff friendly and attentive. The whole stay felt very classy.

Great place with old world charm.
Pros:

Lovely old world vibe. Spacious room and a bathroom with space for all your toiletries and to hang all your towels. Excellent staff. Great restaurant & bar attached to hotel (although independent). Highly recommend and we’ll definitely stay here again
