The location was central to the activities and destinations which we attended. The hotel was very nicely appointed and unique.

Lovely old building on the main street of town. Parking is out the back and easy to find. The attached steakhouse makes a great steak with friendly service. Room was fine but not exceptional. Good value for money.

Hotel on North has a wonderful atmosphere and I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and the boutique had so many fun things to look at and explore. I loved my stay and look forward to staying again in the future!

Love the space, style, decor. It's cool, dark and quiet for sleeping. Nice personnel.

This a wonderful, warm, unique hotel. The rooms decor are both soothing and welcoming. Having stayed in many different room, each one is delightful. The fresh coffee in room, robes, and wonderful shower features make The Hotel on North truly remarkable. I always stay here when visiting family instead of the many brand hotels in the area.

We just returned from a very pleasant stay at Hotel on North. My daughter had doctor's appnts M-W at Berkshire Medical Center. A snow storm was hitting the area starting Sunday so we flew out Saturday to beat the storm. The hotel was 1/2 mile to the doctor. Many area restaurants and business closed during the storm. The front desk employee (I didn't get his name), was making a list of all area restaurants staying open and coordinated with them to deliver to the hotel. He even tracked down a couple Door Dash drivers who said they'd serve the hotel guests during the storm. I was concerned about retrieving our car in the parking lot for our appnt. Monday morning after more than 2 ft of snow hit the area. The snow plow was going all night, and that morning, the hotel's VP of Ops and maintenance person were plowing, shoveling, and even wiped off all the guests' cars. Having Liberty Pizza across the street made for a quick and cheap pick-up or delivery -- and the food was very good! The restaurant in the hotel is also very good with a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel (including rooms, bathrooms) were spotless, and all of the employees were very nice and helpful. You can see they're commitment and was very much appreciated.
