Pros:

It was among the cheapest hotel you can get. I got a fair size room with broken bathroom door handle, with a broken closet and an old ticking sound of AC. Only 1 TV channel provided.

Bilik yang ditempah tiada dalam sistem.
Dapat bilik kecik .
Booking bilik 3katil bujang. Tp diberi 1katil queen. 3katil bujg fullbooked. Bila sy mntk gnti rugi dia bagi 4katil bujg.. ok luas tapi ekon out. Tmpt reseption mcm apa.. bersepah penuh brg. Tk mcm hotel. Mcm stor.

Pros:

01. Bath Towel, Cloth Hanger and Toilet Paper did not provide at first place, only provide upon request
02. Window broken, unable close.
03. Wardprobe is shaking, feel like going to collapse anytime.
04. Drawer handler broken
05. TV, 70% of screen is scratches.
06. Water pressure is extremely low, contractor go off, no one able to fix it. No offer for Room Swapping.
07. It do not have water dispenser.
08. No remote control for Air-Conditional .

Pros:

Lobby reeked of cigarette smoke
Several staff sleeping on furniture in lobby
Lots of rough characters smoking at front doors
Room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait 30 minutes
Elevator was quite obviously not maintained
Room was not clean
Bathroom washbasin and toilet both leaked

After travelling in 70+ countries, this was definitely one of the worst hotels that we have encountered. Avoid at all cost.

Budget Hotel
Pros:

Located right opposite Pearl Point International Hotel & mall, this clean and definitely worth a re-visit budget hotel is minutes walk away from a 7-11 outlet, local eateries, a Parkson mall, and a few local banks. One short walk across a pedestrian bridge gets you to all these destinations.

Pros:

During my recent visit to KL (12th April 2013), I was recommended by my friend to stay in this hotel as I was attending an event in the near by Sports Arena. The room is small and many are actually without windows. I chose one at the corner with window but very small. The room is not sound proof,ill ventilated and I actually have people knocking on my door at night (3 times and all ended up wrong room!).
I wont say the rate is cheap but the location is conveniet as there is a mall across the room and right in front of the bus stop and along the main highway.
