Great customer service!
Pros:

The hotel is close to the main attractions, with just a few minutes (10-15mins) walk. There are loads of shops and restaurants around, even mini groceries. The staff are very welcoming, helpful, and accomodating. Always greets us every chance they get.

I would also like to point out that we were allocated to a room that was closest to the reception, and where all people pass by as it was the first room on that floor. We expressed our concerns during check in that it is noisy, and the staff offered to allocate us a room at their sister hotel next to them. And when we still did not like the option as it was a bit small, they offered to move us on the 5th floor, where the room is enough for 3 people, and is a lot bigger compared to the first one we had. They helped us move and we never felt we were such a burden. Absolutely great customer service! Thank you to all the staff.

The rooms are decent but you don't get much space in the room, so consider that when booking.

Great location and comfortable stay for our family of 3.
Pros:

Everything was great! We moved the first night to a quieter room away from the street. Everyone was so accommodating and nice. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Very close to everything and we walked everywhere. Would recommend and stay here again.

City break in Istanbul
Pros:

Asezarea langa obiective turistice foarte aproape,informatiile primite de la receptie si situarea la 5 munute de tramvai.De asemenea micul dejun foarte variat si gustos.

Excelente ubicación y relación precio calidad

La habitación y el l baño la ducha tenía mucha presión de agua era espectacular. La habitación era enorme y era toda externa.
